Great Doctor, sincere, pleasant, listens well. Been going to him since 2008.

Initially left Dr. Ayvazyan due to inept & incompetent office personnel. Was informed recently that there was some new office personnel, so I called to make an appointment & was told by G. I may have to be considered a new patient after a few years absence. She then proceeded to take my phone number & said she would call me back. Well, it's been about 3 weeks & I still haven't received a call. At this point, I believe Dr. A needs to take some responsibility for his office personnel & their lack of professionalism. They are a reflection of the standards he sets. Not a good look, Dr. A.

Dr Ayvazyan is one of, if not the best doctor around. He saved my life on the first appointment I had with him years ago, (after my then doctor told me my heart was fine). He sent me to a great cardiologist who diagnosed a mitral valve tear. After valve replacement surgery my heart was fixed. I’ve continued on with dr Ayvazyan since for general care, yearly physicals and sick appointments. Dr Ayvazyan is always on time, competent, thorough and caring. Gina and the rest of the office staff are also very pleasant and understanding, but most of all competent! If you need a good doctor I highly recommend Dr Ayvazyan!

Dr. A provides excellent care; however, the customer service provided by his staff is absolutely horrendous. The nurse is very nice/does her job very well but the rest of the front end is not acceptable. Average wait = minimum 30+min (on a good day). If you need to call the office for any reason, GOOD LUCK. Phone does not open until 9:30, lunch break 11:30-1, they don't work Fridays, and they leave the phone off the hook for busy signal. If you are a working professional, not an office for you.

Best internist in this area! Not only is Dr Ayvazyan very smart and up on everything medical he actually cares about his patients and makes sure that we are taken care of the right way. He's saved my life twice now. His office staff is also very competent and helpful whether it's refilling prescriptions or filling out forms you may need filled out. If you're looking for a doctor to take care of your medical needs make an appointment here ASAP!

Dr. Ayvazyan is awesome. The office staff is a nightmare! The receptionist at the window is clueless. Office manager, Gina isn't much better and she's been there forever! She is constantly giving out prescriptions that aren't correct and the pharmacy won't fill them. What if your life depended on that medicine? They are only open Mon-Thurs. At best, they answer the phone at 9:30AM. Go to lunch at 11:20AM and come back at 1:15PM! Office closes at 4PM! Some serious changes in staff and hours need to happen or I may be looking for a new doctor.

Dr Ayvazyan saved my life, I came to him from another internist who tod me my heart was fine. Dr Ayvazyan checked me out, found my heart to have a serious problem and immediately sent me across the street to a cardiologist who found my mitral valve was torn halfway across and needed to be replaced or else I would die.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Total SCAMMERS!!! They will lie and say they accept your insurance, then after the visit admit they don't. And if you refuse to pay on the principal that it was their mistake, they sue you. Now my wife has to go waste a day in court to counter sue these morons. Hey guys, in business when you mess up, the customer is right and you eat the mistake. Apparently these losers think the customer should have to pay for their mistakes. Shame on you!!! Don't make the same mistake we did, go to a better doctor's office.

Total scam office. Do not go here. They are too stupid to even know what insurance they take. So they say they accept your insurance, even charge the copay so you think it's all set. Then months later they start billing you because... ooops! we don't actually take that insurance. So, my response is, that's too bad but it was your mistake and now you own it. They have a regular scumbag lawyer they work with too, who will sue you and even try to seize money in your bank account (true story over just $400). Do not go to this place! Any business who isn't willing to eat the cost of their own mistakes isn't worth supporting. I hope they go out of business soon.
