Very careless. Belittles all of your symptoms and brushes them off. Thinks symptoms are being exaggerating. Still waiting on lab results which I have called 5 times for, they have not returned my calls even just to state that the results are negative.

Still waiting for my lab results. Been about 12 years. No follow up.

She's the best!!

She is difficult to deal with. An MD with too large a practice. Unable to deal with all of your concerns in a visit.

She is great - she always takes time to listen and answer questions, she's very personable and she is very kind. I have been so happy with her that my husband now is her patient, as well as my college daughter. We all feel very well cared for with her as our doctor.

Went to her for a few years and had to switch. She was more interested in talking about her life, and didn't seem interested in what was happening in mine...which kind of defeats the purpose. Very distracted and had problems paying attention to what you are telling her. Once she was so distracted, she advised me to put Prep H on a skin rash. No joke! While she is a "nice person", not the best doctor. A friend of mine also went to her, but moved out of the area. He moved back to town, and he tried to come back as he couldn't find any doctor that was taking on new patients only to find that he had been "marked". He was told he couldn't come back because if he wasn't satisfied before, he wouldn't be again...even though he had very specific reasons for leaving, she took offense to that. Also, the patients are treated like they are on a conveyer belt. Always had to wait 45 minutes to an hour before getting into my set appointment. She didn't seem concerned about the inconvenience.

I have been seeing her for a very long time and never had anything but good things to say about her. Yes, she talks alot but so do I . She always lesson to me and give,s me good advice . Her staff and lab is excellent.

The office is very nice and modern. They have a lab right there. but I will no longer see Dr. Emgushov. I came in with chest and back pain and she dismissed my symptoms as "bad posture" and kept talking over me. She wrote into my chart that I am "depressed, anxiety-ridden and overwhelmed". I am very insulted by that and will no longer be trusting her with my medical problems.

Funny to hear others say the same things about her that I experienced - she really does do 99% of the talking, and she simply doesn't listen. A doctor who doesn't listen is as useful as a car without wheels.

She doesn't take the time to listen and diagnose. She does most of the talking about nothing that is related to your visit. I had injured my knee and suspected something pretty bad. She insisted it was a sprain, but I knew it wasn't. It was symptomatic of something else. She sent me for Xrays, which showed nothing because there was nothing wrong with the bones or the cartilage. She still insisted it was a sprain. I had to argue to no end that I needed an MRI to look further. She finally agreed to send me for one, but was hesitant simply because she did not want to spend the time on the phone getting it approved by United. Turns out, I had a torn ACL. I haven't seen her since. A friend had a similar experience with a torn muscle.
