I will say that they are attentive. The somehow took my granny from the Dr. Office that she was at also the same doctor that I STILL attend. I got a call out of nowhere stating she had an appointment the next day and the transportation that they provide will be to get her. My grandmother is 86yrs old and has Dementia. I take her everywhere. Well I provided all of the necessary POA papers that's needed. I'm the only person that takes her and stays with her. I tried to make her an appointment today 9/22/2020 and I was told that couldn't because I wasn't in her charts!! Now I'm angry and have to go up there

They don’t have a dr. Pa.only no psychiatrist only councilor. They said they had both. At the very last of the day they sent me in to a insurance rep. To change my Medicare. My Liver Specialist doesn’t take that ins. They lied and said I could keep all my specialist my foot dr and liver dr. Wish I could give a-10. Not even a Doctor there just a PA 0r nurses. They probably make money buy you not seeing a real dr. Sad that they lie on the phone.
