I have been going to Dr. Sheffield for many years. I always feel that I have had a great eye exam.....very thorough. She and her staff are warm and welcoming. They have a great selection of eyeglasses too.

Not a great experience. I had a general eye exam and the insurance I have I am only covered for a general eye exam. When I called I told them that my insurance will only cover a general eye exam. They said they would call and confirm. When I arrived I told them again the same thing and to the doctor. Sure enough they charged an extra service for photos that I even asked is this part of the exam my insurance only covers an exam. I was assured yes only part of an exam. A month later I received the bill for 87 dollars for an extra service that did. I called and explained the situation with the receptionist and pretty much did not care. Will not be returning back. Service was not exceptional by any means.4/5/18 Made an adjustment on my initial review. The owner of the office contacted me an apologized for the experience and refunded my card. She was very pleasant and sincere. I wish I had seen her for my initial visit there as I feel my experience would have been different.

Dr. Sheffield is as good as it gets. Dr. Sheffield is the most thorough eye doctor I've ever seen. Her prices are affordable and I am always given many options when it comes to choosing my glasses. Carrie sat with me for an hour last week while I tried on sunglasses frames, she helped me find a style that fit my face perfectly. Definitely recommend!

Thorough, comfortable exams! Very professional! The staff is extremely efficient and accommodating. Dr. Sheffield is always updating her practice with the newest technologies to provide gold-standard care. A+!

Fantastic experience at Dr. Sheffield's office for my eye exam and prescription sunglasses. She is very professional and had a great selection of sunglasses to choose from, including Ray Ban's!

Dr. Sheffield has been my eye doctor since I was a kid. Now, my husband, his family, and our children are her patients. She treats us like family, my kids actually get excited to see her! She makes their eye exams fun while being very thorough and technical. She is always keeping up with the newest technologies and enjoys explaining things as she is working so we understand everything she is looking at! Her staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. A+ on all fronts!
