Staff treatment is criminal at best. They even told me they received paperwork on me that led to them wanting to send a certified letter relieving me from their practice. I never saw evidence of an incoming letter or a certified letter. I wonder if Dr. Marano knows his staff refused to let me see him?

The office staff is rude. The whole practice operates first and foremost with financial interests in mind and it seems that they don't actually care about the patients' wellbeing. Read all the reviews here... lots of people saying the same thing.

I would definitely not recommend this office. The staff are extremely rude. My dad called on a Saturday to cancel an appointment, after his wife tested positive for covid. The message stated if you or anybody in your household has tested positive for covid reschedule your appointment. On Monday afternoon he called to reschedule his appointment. He was told that he could not reschedule the appointment until he paid the late fee. He questioned why he needed to pay a late fee when he gave 48 hour notice when he called on Saturday for a Monday appointment. The person answering the phone rudely said well I haven't checked the message yet.How is this a problem for any patient? She then told him if he could provide proof of covid positive blood test then he could schedule an appointment. Please explain to me who is getting covid blood tests? Most people, besides healthcare workers, are using home kits. He called every day trying to talk to somebody to rectify the situation, was asking for c

Waited 2 weeks for test results. Only got them when I called. Fortunately negative. Apparently he only cares for you when he can make $ off you. The office has now given me a new prescription. CVS has called the office 3x. to ask for additional information. They have had no response.

He called on the 7th day and was told that he got what he wanted and the fee was waved but they no longer wanted him back as a patient.He will gladly be looking for a new office. To avoid yourself some problems start elsewhere to begin with do not go here.

Terrible office manager and staff. Check your invoices. They've owned me $600 for years now, since 2018. They've confirmed their error ... but any time I inquire it's one weird story after another:"We're in litigation with a 3rd party invoicer... so we can't pay you back right now.""We were all on vacation and didn't get your voicemails." "I never got your email." (Though she referred to it at the beginning of the call.) "Hmmm... I thought I sent you that check already. Give me another week or so. Have to wait for the person who writes the checks." (That was JUNE OF 2021.)Srsly. Unprofessional and dishonest. Cannot recommend.

Dr Marano is great, but the staff is horrible and the staff needs to replace the staff immediately.

I’m not sure where to begin. I say this on public display with my whole heart. If you can go somewhere else. Go. I didn’t survive a horrible accident to be treated this badly and unkindly by anyone. Evelyn the office manager and the receptionist staff are so insensitive and rude. With all due respect people like them shouldn’t not be in this line of work. You need a heart for that. I was so upset, then I came across reviews complaining for years about this issue. Patients who were there longer than myself. I called regarding an issue under confusion. I called many different times through out a week and a half. When I finally got the office manager on the phone. Evelyn, she immediately starting ripping down my throat. I couldn’t speak, she kept talking over me and then when I got something in. I was the rude one for calling her out on her attitude and lack of patient compassion. I could tell she was aware of just how many times I called. Meaning she purposely chose to ignore me. I was deeply upset and disappointed. I don’t know what’s going on. You don’t treat people that way. This could of went a whole other way. I was just a confused patient trying to figure out the issue. Now, I am just another patient lost. I know my situation but I’m sure there are people with way worse at hand. Please, take this as a warning. If this is read in time. I truly don’t know if this is a way to ‘make more money’. Cause the patients are all there because their dealing with traumatic unfortunate events. They need help and understanding. Something just isn’t right.

Dr Marano is the BEST! As for his office staff, I have never had an office staff be so rude and condescending! The office manager has no idea what professionalism is.
