Greatest Doctor I've ever had. I've been to multiple doctors in the state of Rhode Island and he is the only one who listens to me and trys to help me get better. I don't feel the same about all the other doctors I've been to and I'll just leave it at that. Very helpful and he runs all tests you request when you have questions about your health. Great referrals when it's something more specialized out of his scope.
New doctor for me, no complaints, easy scheduling, thorough, explained all recommendations and plan moving forward

Had a very bad experience and would not recommend Dr Savoretti. Find another doctor that actually cares about their patients health.
I wish I started seeing Dr.Alberto Savoretti sooner. He is so genuinely amazing and caring. You can tell he loves what he does and genuinely cares about your health and well being. He’s thorough and answers your questions. He explains everything thoroughly and he’s very straight forward and informative.
I was referred to Dr. Alberto Savoretti by a few family members that use him as their PCP. From the moment I walked into the office, I was taken care of promptly by the friendly receptionists in the front. They were kind, courteous and professional. The medical assistant took me in and she was incredibly kind, professional and patient. Dr. Savoretti didn’t have me waiting long before he came in and introduced himself. He was very thorough, informative, kind, and actively took his time to listen to everything I had to say. I’ve never had a doctor actually make me feel heard and like my concerns were valid. He was absolutely amazing. He walked me to check out and greeted whom I assume was a regular patient who did not have an appointment but took them in anyway. I’ve never met a more proactive doctor in my life who genuinely cares so deeply about his patients. I can’t believe it took me 34 years to find such a wonderful doctor but I am glad I did. I would highly recommend Dr. Savoretti and this office in general.
The staff is really nice, but Dr. Frank is the worst doctor I have ever had.
He seemed quite distant and called me in for an abnormal test result that I had already told him about. It's very hard to get a hold of the office, yet he gave out his cell phone number. The office was very slow in relaying referral paperwork. Also, other doctors state that faxing info to Dr. Savoretti's office does not always go through. Office is open very early Monday through Thursday (including for walk-ins), but closed Friday. Some positives, but overall, not a good experience.
Dr. Savoretti was absolutely horrendous and unsympathetic to the loss of my sister's fingers from an accident she had. He literally told her she was scr**wed due to this loss which is not the case. I would report him but I'm sure it was catch up at some point. This is so unprofessional and not necessary. What type of doctor says this to a women who lost two of her fingers due to an accident? ...
The doctor was very concerned about some problems that I was having and encourage me to get the testing done that I needed and I feel so much better. He is always responsive to my questions and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new primary care

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
