List of Christopher Ferri's Reviews
Dr. Ferri is a fantastic doctor - extremely thorough and always available when needed whether in person, through the portal or on a telemedicine visit. Yes, the office is busy but IMO that is just a testament to how well they treat their patients and the level of care that is given. He will give it to you straight and always explains the reasons for wanting to do more tests, etc. I can't recommend ...
Plan on waiting well past your appointment time to be seen. Then they have the audacity to charge for 'an extended visit' since your anticipated end time, ran over. Of course it will if your appointment begins late. I also received an explanation that it was due to having an EKG, which is part of a yearly physical, that I was schedule for.
I called to make an appointment, nothing urgent, and was given a Friday morning. Once I received the billing, it stated that Fridays are used for emergency visits, thus I was charged accordingly. I was not informed that if I had an appointment on a Friday, that it would cost more. Obviously, there were open appointment slots that they were trying to fill, which I'm okay with, but don't charge extra due to a lack of patients.
Since the pandemic they don't answer the phone and refuse to help if you have a persistent problem.
Doc Ferri is for the people, love this man

Unfortunately I feel it is necessary to write this review. I want to warn anyone looking to use Dr. Christopher Ferri as their doctor to think twice about it. He and his family that work in the same practice are only about making money and do not care about anything else. They run you in and out as fast as they can and Dr. Ferri will hardly let you get a word in edge wise. I went to this Dr. for a medical need the Friday before a Holiday. He ordered Blood Work and an Ultrasound. Told me to get the bloodwork done that day or on Saturday and assured me he would call me the following Tuesday as office was closed on Monday than stated if I did not get a call to check the Portal. Dr. Christopher Ferri never called on Tuesday, nothing in the Portal on Wednesday so I wrote him on Thursday afternoon. I finally got a response on Friday stating they never received the bloodwork from lab and would have to call for it and would follow up with me as soon as they got the results. Said Ultr

Dr. Christopher Ferri never called on Tuesday, nothing in the Portal on Wednesday so I wrote him on Thursday afternoon. I finally got a response on Friday stating they never received the bloodwork from lab and would have to call for it and would follow up with me as soon as they got the results. Said Ultrasound showed some issues and that I need to eat better. Funny, I called the lab and they provided me the results that day and stated they had sent to Dr.s office. I never got any follow up in regards to the blood work, no call or Portal. I had my Annual appointment with Dr. Ferri 2 weeks later so figured I would hear something than. Sad, but when I got in the office, they actually sent a nurse in the room to ask me if I had ever gone to get blood work done. Wow, I had called and submitted messages in portal looking for follow up and they still had not even looked for results. Another nurse finally came in and had me do the mandatory EKG they make patients do, whether needed or not. Dr. finally came in, never bothered to discuss what I had gone to office for 2 weeks prior, talked a mile a minute and would not let me get a word in edge wise. Insisted I had to get my Flu shot, than said they found my Blood Work and everything looked good than left. I never had a chance to ask any question as Doctor literally gets up and leaves room. It really is the strangest Doctors office I have ever been to. Act as if they could care a less about patients, you are just a number and another dollar bill. No personal touch, you can't get hold of them via phone, everything is done through the portal. They get back to you when they want to. They don't remember who you are 2 weeks after being there and don't know you from one patient to another one. Highly discourage anyone from using this Doctor's office. It is really more like an urgent care facility. If you are just wanting a walk-in clinic than they would be fine but otherwise I would stay away since they are only after your money not taking care of you as a patient.
Was so lucky to find a Boston trained doctor when my husband and I moved to Rhode Island! Thank you Dr. Chris

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
