Everyone is great at this office

We’re so pleased with Dr Moss! The office staff is friendly and he is very knowledgeable and personable. He takes time to answer any and all questions. One of my daughter’s had ACL surgery with Dr Moss and when another daughter hurt her knee, I knew I didn’t want to go anywhere else.

Excellent experience. Always so personable. Great communicator and has an honest comfortable approach.

If you can avoid this doctor please do so. After months of therapy and 4 visits to him. He tells me I need the all clear from my cardiologist to be able to do surgery. I have had knee surgery before and hand surgery never have I ever needed the all clear from my cardiologist to do anything. I can't have an MRI so they have to go in and see what is wrong with my knee. Now I'm stuck I can either find a cardiologist that will see me on short notice or go find an ortho who doesn't require the all clear. He knew from the first appt I had with him that I have a pacemaker why not tell me then. Why wait almost 4 months to tell me this. I don't have a cardio in the USA. I believe he thinks I'm faking it. I'm a contractor I don't get workers comp I don't get TDI I have to pay for every copay. I have take days out of work no pay. I have paid for over 20 therapy visits and 4 appointments with him. The end result nothing my knee still isn't right and now I have to get a cardiologist to give me the all clear so he can do surgery no way. I will get a cardio, but I will not have my insurance pay him another dime. What a useless doctor. In my life have I never experienced such incompetence.

Terrible Dr. He prescribed me medicine that can kill me. He never put me in physical therapy, I was in severe pain, and he dragged on the request for my MRI. I had to get a new Dr. To put me in therapy. I had to file a complaint against him with R.D.O.H. He owes me money

Dr. Moss is very professional and personable, and I have had nothing but great experiences with him and his staff.

Dr Moss said that I needed a meniscus repair and that would solve my knee problem. He was so WRONG! I now need a total knee replacement directly related to the surgery that he performed. I got a second opinion which confirmed it. I would not trust his opinion and DO NOT recommend him as a surgeon

I had both my hands worked on by dr moss. I had trigger finger in six fingers. After my surgery I asked if I needed to go to rehabilitation therapy he said no. On my visit back I still couldn’t move my hand making a fist was impossible. Still no therapy. I tried for several months and still couldn’t make a fist. One year later still I can’t make a fist and the trigger fingers are the same as they were before surgery. How is this even possible. I don’t feel that moss fixed the fingers. Now he sent my bills to collections at a law office. It’s not much it’s the point he didn’t fix the situation and should have had me go to therapy right after surgery. He was paid 80% of the bill by insurance I don’t feel I should pay another dime. My hands are worse today then the first day I saw him about them.

Worst experience of my life!!! Total waste of time and money. I had to get a new orthopedic doctor! Dr. Moss prescribed me a medicine that can KILL me!!! I have a graphed aorta, I CANNOT take blood thinners. Worst everything!!! Constant pain for 4 months!!’ I’m filling a complaint with the state of R.I. For incompetence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They’ll kill you!!!
