Horrible office staff. Rude and that’s if you can even get through. Phone is set up so you can’t talk to anyone. Doctor could care less.

I don’t know what’s worse the office or the doctors

I’ve been seeing Dr Vito Ferri for 7 years now and he is fantastic! He truly cares about his patients and is a great communicator which is an important yet overlooked trait in the health industry.

Unfortunately I feel it is necessary to write this review. I used to think the world of this office and Dr. Vito, but in 2018 i moved to Montana due my job and was there for 3 full years, I let Dr Vito know that i had moved, and i had sent him a message on my portal telling him i would be living in Montana, and if it was OK to see a Dr out there while i was living in a state on the other side of the country he had no issues with it , I was transfers back to RI thru my job recently and when i called to make an appointment, i was told i couldn't because i transferred out? , i stated that i lived in another state for 3 years its not like i could just drive up the street on my next day off to come in if i was sick or something and how could i not be allowed to keep my care under Dr Vito , I never transferred out I just moved to another due to my job, , i said can he give me a call, she was like this is our policy, but he did recommend a new place for me to go, unfortunately this office has gone down hill in the last 3 years, there is no family atmosphere anymore, its seem like its all business, its really sad to cause when I originally moved, I messaged prior to me moving , Dr Vito and he stated in the message that I would always be welcomed back at OSM, i feel really let down due to this choice he and the office has made, but its not the same Dr Vito or office that was here 3 years ago, now its just seems like a "All About The Money" factory.

DR. Fred Ferri has been my doctor for over 30 years. He is very thorough, concerned, and professional. I'm not the best with following up with bloodwork and other tests that he recommends, but he keeps on me until I do it.i highly recommend him

I have been going to Dr. Vito Ferri since 2016. He is awesome. Absolutely awesome. Always is responsive and is easygoing and very helpful. Best doctor I’ve ever had.

My entire family including myself has Dr. Vito Ferri for a doctor and I must say we are all happy & healthy. He gets to the bottom of everything and makes sure we are okay. We leave him a message on the portal & he gets back to us as soon as possible. The front desk is always welcoming and the overall experience is quick but accurate. Thank you for taking care of my family and I, We appreciate it!

Dr Fred Ferri Is an excellent physician. I have been seeing him for years-you will not be disappointed

If your biggest complaint about seeing a doctor with the knowledge above his peers is that you had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room, then go find another doctor who is not busy for obvious reasons. If you sit in his waiting room, its usually the elderly who are doing most of the complaining because that is what they do best since they have all the time in the world being retired. Been seeing Fred for 27 years and that should tell you something.
