J. Scott Toder's Online Review Report Card

Tried to get in here, the office assistant cut me off literally about 40 times, even when I asked repeatedly if I could finish my sentence - I couldn't get a single word in. I was told it could be *weeks* before someone even called me back to book an appointment because the doctor, who wasn't in, needed to review every case? Don't know, getting a referral to see someone else.

The office was always so well run and organized but then some of the staff retired. Everything's gone downhill since. I won't be back.

The bad staff rating is for his current staff. The staff that have retired were wonderful. I've always found Dr Toder kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I've never had to wait more than 15 or 20 minutes but, to be perfectly honest I have the foresight to bring something to read whenever I go to a doctor.

Terrible and unprofessional! Every doctor I had been too in the last year has told me I’m dealing with a rheumatic issue, I’ve had numerous lab tests and imaging done and nothing my PCP is doing is adding up. So I got referred to Dr. Toder but he has a waitlist that goes way back. I finally got into Dr. Toders office after waiting MONTHS to get in. I was originally supposed to see his daughter, Kiley, but since he was “not busy and had some free time” that day, J. Scott Toder took me instead. Upon walking in I tried to explain to him what was going on with me, and he cut me off before I could even finish a sentence. He didn’t listen to anything I said, and told me that it was probable that I had HEPATITIS C because I had tattoos. I even wrote down all my symptoms he wouldn’t even look at what I had. “Go get tested for hepatitis then come talk to me.” So now after being discriminated against, I have to wait another half a year just to get back in there and try to explain what’s going on to HOPEFULLY Kiley because this blind old bat should’ve retired way before now! I left his office sobbing because not only was he not a help, he made me feel so awful about myself. Would not recommend him to ANYONE. FYI- I do not have hepatitis.

A big shout out to Dr. Toder's staff for helping me finally get my insurance to help out with my treatment...I can't say enough for their professionalism during a pretty frustrating time..I would highly recommend their office..

Dr. Toder saved my life! I got my quality of life back with her getting me on the right medication over the years! Now im only on one medication which is enbrel. Works really well for me. But now im moving to texas for warmer climate. Im going to miss her and the staff there! They have always been great to me!!

It was my first appointment there I was trying to get a second opinion diagnosis. First off it took months of me calling them to get an appointment. Second my appointment was at 11am the doctor didn't come into the room till 11:55.. Third she barely examined me didn't want to order any labs or other tests. Then tells me she hasn't even looked at my records sent over by my current doctor months ago. I tell her I have a MRI coming up she says well that'll be the missing piece for your diagnosis. Like thanks for nothing my current doctor can give me a diagnosis from the mri. I came to you for a second opinion and got nothing!! And you seriously asked if I would leave my doctor to become your patient umm no thanks.

Dr. J. Scott Toder & his staff are amazing. They are pleasant & Dr. Toder does take the time to listen to your concerns. I highly recommend this Doctor's office.

I used to really like Scott Todor, but lately his people who are employed by him are not returning my phone calls about very important matters

I brought a friend today to Dr. Toder; to be checked for RA issues. The staff was friendly and timely. I was impressed with this doctor for several reasons: 1. he sat across from my friend, keep eye contact with her, listened attentively to her concerns. Explained matters in a calm voice and with compassion. The office set up is also excellent, on site labs and xrays! I can not say anything bad, I will recommend all to this MD for RA issues. Dr. Toder displayed kindness that put my friend at ease and gave her hope.
