I love Dr Austin been a patient for about 10 years but his assistant are terrible never answer her messages and looses paper work if dropped off.

Physical needed for work. Very professional, very detailed oriented. He answered all of my questions, went above and beyond to get me on track with the right specialist. I work with physicians. So when I read some of the reviews that have been posted I was shocked these patients have not experienced a bad doctor.

Dr Austin is nice and has good bedside manner. However, there is a terrible communication issue in this office. If you need anything done outside of a direct visit, it’s just not going to happen. If a call is placed, it’s just not getting returned. I’m not sure if the problem is Dr Austin or his staff, but either way it’s unacceptable.

Been a patient for several years Always excellent service and informative, can ask him anything and he’s understanding. His office recently helped me thru a presumptive positive diagnosis of covid, did a great job and had me feeling myself Within the week, also continued tele med follow ups. Would recommend him.

my mother in law is a long time patient of Dr Austins and she is older and we are in need of medical advise and have called his office several times and left messages to have him call and no one from the office ever bothers to call back. I'm sure they wouldn't like their loved ones to just be ignored by their physician.
