great doctor always there when i need him

Terrible doctor, always rushing to get out of the room and never has time to answer your questions. Completely botched my surgery from over a year ago and am still recovering .

Thanks to Phil and Dr Phillip for their concern and treatment when I had lost faith of almost ever feeling better. Dr Phillip promised to take care of whatever was keeping me in pain, and he certainly did!!

They rescheduled my appointment 4 times because he was in emergency surgery I have not had my appointment in 2 months .

When Dr. Phillip and Phil Zingale PA were held up doing surgery on me,(it took hours not a short procedure they were hoping for) I am sure the office visits were cancelled that day. They operated on me until I was good to go. With that Dr. Phillip and Phil Z may be doing surgery on days when I have to wait. I don't mind a bit as they are late for a REASON. Kris and Becky in the office are rated 10 stars they are simply wonderful, caring and committed to their patients and the Dr. and PA.

Appointment went well. Dr Philip had wonderful bedside manner. The waiting room and exam rooms are overall clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The only downside is the wait. I was scheduled for a 12 p.m. appointment and did not get out until after 1:30 p.m.Dr Philip is a surgeon and I'd rather wait a little longer then have him rush my surgery to be on time for appointments later in the day.I will be updating this review I am scheduled for two procedures with Dr. Philip in the future.

I have waited over one month for a date to have my surgery. I am in pain with bleeding and obstruction. I have called the office several times and have been ignored. I am dissatisfied tremendously with staff and doctor, but don't want to go thru another colonoscopy with a new surgeon. He may be great in his field, but I need help now!
