List of John R. Miele's Reviews
My grandson (who is 4) was falling down when he would run fast. He also wanted to be pushed in a stroller when we would walk the dogs. Dr. Miele put orthotics in his shoes and monitored him every 3 months. That was last year. NOW, his follow-up is every 6 months, and he RUNS with the dog on our walks! He says his feet don't hurt anymore. His teachers even wrote on his review that he's much more physically coordinated and athletic. There is a HUGE difference in the way he walks and runs. We still have a way to go, but at the present time, he doesn't appear to need surgery. Dr. Miele offered all possible solutions and worked with us on the least invasive plan.
Dr. Miele is very kind and caring doctor, from the very first visit I felt very comfortable. I have never seen a doctor like him, he goes above and beyond to help his patients. Would recommend to anyone.
Office staff are incompetent and arrogant.
Dr. Miele always greets me wit ha smile and always takes good care of my feet. He's also honest and gives great advice. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
Dr. Miele is a very kind and caring physician. I had 3 appointments with him. Each office visit was cordial and informative. I had an excellent experience and will be returning and referring. Thank you Dr. Miele!
They did not get the sizing correct for two times, the third they made me go to pick them up but the inserts weren't delivered to them and they did not gave me a call to re schedule, further more, I went in for the 4th time and finally got them. of course after breaking the inserts the have to go in for check up right? but after all this errors, at least 1 moth and a half went by so I ended up moving the check up appointment to November. the front desk never got rid of my September appointment, so at the end I received a missing appointment fee. I called in to try and have this straight but they just said that was my mistake and there is nothing they can do. well, what about customer satisfaction, I can understand they might not have as much clients going in due to covid but try to get money this way is outrageous. NEVER GOING BACK A GAIN!!!!
I have been going to Dr Miele office for many years now and he is so professional and caring! In addition I have been taking my kids there as well. He is great with kids and makes them feel comfortable. The staff “the girls”??there are very nice and patient. They always work with me when I need to schedule an appointment around my own crazy schedule! Highly recommended
Dr. Miele operated on both my kids and my cousin. He corrected my fallen arches with handmade orthodics. (BIG difference from the generic store-bought "stand here" kind from the store.) He was my aunts' podiatrist for years. She followed his advice, and she never had any major complications due to her diabetes. He explains everything, and adheres strictly to all Covid safety measures. Highly recommended! ...
More interested in money than the fact I'm suffering more seven months AFTER surgery than I was BEFORE surgery. And when I tell him this straight to his face only thing he can ask is "When are we doing the other one". WE aren't. Will not be going back and personally dont recommend.
Terrible job with criss cross toe. Instead of pinning the toe he cut the tendon. Surgery done 2 years ago. Foot looks worse now than before. Would never admit he made a mistake. Very dissatisfied.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
