Dr. Gordon is always great. She never rushes me. Is very thorough. The only time I have had to see her PA, is when they have given me a sick appointment. I do not care for the office staff at all. Not very competent

I absolutely love this doctor! I have been going to her for at least 20 years. She always listens and does her best and that is all anyone can ask for. She is very informed, educated and compassionate. She really cares about her patients!

Dr Kathleen Gordon doesn't return calls, personally speak to her patients, pushes them off to her PA. She's PCP for my wife who called the answering service Sat morn asking for a return call from Dr Gordon. No call. Called again Sat night, No return call. Called again Sunday morn, complained to the answering service she never heard back from Dr Gordon or her PA. Finally got a return call Sunday afternoon from PA (not Dr Gordon). PA "Stephanie" (rudely) stated she always returns her calls promptly (BS). PA returned call 1.5 days later. Wife went to ER on Sat, has pneumonia. ER Dr prescribed meds, said follow up with PCP if not better. Called DR Gordon for visit, no appts available, has to see PA instead. And not TODAY.... Several days out! Wife says she wants to see her PCP (Dr. Gordon), not a PA. Receptionist said, Dr Gordon says "if she feels that bad, tell her to go to the hospital' WHAT??? What PCP does this?? And no sick visits when you really need your Dr.??? I would give 0 stars

Cancelled my appointment without telling me. I drove there to find out it was cancelled after they called the day before to confirm.

The office staff is not helpful at all nor are the doctors or medical assistants. Constantly put on hold, mixed up appointments, no call backs with results from tests. I will be finding a new doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Gordon for more five years. Office staff is great. Never have had issue with office staff. I do have chronic illness so at times there more often. Mostly always get call back. Labs are reviewed. I have had other primary providers over years but have been going there for significant time.
