Dr Arcand did a shoulder op on my wife in 2018. The outcome could not have been better with full movement restored. Other clinicians have told her theres not many who get that outcome. Was sat at a bar and the guy next to me said Dr Arcand did his knee and the outcome was way better than his expectations.

I had a terrible experience. Staff is rude and clearly overworked. This doctor was rushed and disinterested. Now they are sending me bills I already paid three months ago, so apparently the billing staff is as incompetent as everyone else. I wouldn't recommend this doctor or this office to anyone.
