My boyfriend has very high blood pressure and heart decease and the doctor fails to keep appointments doesn’t send the prescription to the pharmacy-doesn’t send referrals to the specialist on time. the staff is extremely rude and disqualified to take care of patients they have no empathy or compassion.

Dr Canchis told me he would call me with my results for my yearly physical. I said thats great thx u! I also received my results via usps. 1 week later I get a bill in the mail for $20. This thief charged my bcbs $275 for a 30 second phone call. I called the office and they had no idea what I was saying. So I said I would like to talk to my doctor. They said they would have to charge me again...well byeeeee I now have a more professional Dr. Stay away!

The office staff here is unbelievably rude. They are argumentative and won’t let you speak. If they even answer the phone. They scheduled my boyfriend on a holiday and when we called the next day they said they called and canceled and they did not. The supervisor was extremely nasty and unprofessional. We are switching PCP’s ASAP. Do not go tot his office.

Dr.Canchis is the best doctor that I have been to. He takes the time and listens to your challenges you have. He care about your health and will encourage you to make better choices without judgment. I would highly recommend.

My daughter went to see him 3 years ago. She is still traumatized by the way he treated her. Told me she wasn’t skinny enough to have UC. Thought she was faking. Even though test were showing something. And she lost 30 pounds in 2 months. Yelled at her, insisting she wasn’t taking her meds her prescribed. Wasn’t going to help her if she didn’t listen. Questioned her friend when she left to use restroom about my daughters health.She finally was Diagnosed with severe Crohn’s by another GI Dr.

Very rude to women, misdiagnosed problems, Then dont Care to refill prescriptions in a timely manner. Takes two weeks to refill much needed prescriptions he prescribes Jolting his patients system with prescribed medication and not caring about the side effects it has on them.. Warning stay away

While it's true service provided was passable, this doctor fails to send bills on time and then charges us for late fees. We had another episode with this doctor where they tried to charge us for being 120 days late with payment, despite paying in full at time of service. One of the tests completed, was done because the doctor refused to refill anti-anxiety meds, and he couldn't believe my husband's throat had gotten so red. If you can avoid using them, do so.
