If he can't give you spinal injections repeatedly to soak your insurance company, Dr. Das is certainly not interested in you whatsoever. After getting second and third opinions, Dr. Das was the only neurosurgeon who thought I did NOT need spinal surgery. The other neurosurgeons I saw said "don't even say the Dr's name, we know who you saw already." He has a reputation even within circles of surgeons. Beware.

I can't thank Dr. Das and his staff enough. 2 1/2 weeks after my back surgery and I am doing amzing! The pain I was in before is gone almost completely, I am still healing after the surgery but feel so much better. I went to Dr. Das after getting the runaround from another neurosurgeon. Dr. Das took one look at my MRI and saw that I needed immediate surgery. I feel like the staff cared, listen to me for real, and only had my best interests in mind when he told me I needed the surgery. This was a very different experience for me after being ignored and dismissed for months by my prior neurosurgeon's office. Thank you doctor and all your staff. I highly recommend them for anybody needing back care.

I had emergency surgery overseas, but no follow up. He took me in a calmly said the old surgery went well, and I was healing well.
