Vito Ferri's Online Review Report Card

Unprofessional. My whole family has had problems with this practice. Everything must be done by though the patient portal, which I was never able to login to. They repeatedly sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacies or pharmacies that didn’t even exist. Then there is absolutely no way to get in contact with them over the phone. Finally I got sick with flu and showed up in person and they told me I had discharged myself from their practice and they couldn’t see me or refill prior prescriptions. Now I have to wait months to get admitted to a new PCP. Not to mention my dr at this practice didnt take my health concerns seriously nor my mothers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this practice like the plague.

Dr. Savoretti is the best doctor I have recieved care from, he makes himself availible to you at all times, very thorough, respectful, and funny as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Vito Ferri for 8 years, he is absolutely amazing! I feel like he is family. He always has my best interest at heart and he is always eager and happy to help me. Dr. Vito Ferri will always be my PCP! He is greatly appreciated!

Dr. Frank Savoretti is very thorough, easy to talk to, doesn’t make patients feel like they are just a bother or wasting his time.. Today I reached out to him through a message asking his advice on a possible infection, didn’t think he’d be able to see me so close to his off time however he told me to come right in knowing it could have been something potentially life threatening if not treated right away.. I was in and out so fast! He made sure I was well informed with the antibiotic he was putting me on. Can’t say enough good things! I trust him 100% and am thrilled to have a PCP confident in his decisions because of his strong knowledge.

On the bright side, Dr Ferri seems to know his stuff. He spoke intelligently and answered my questions, but he was extremely rushed. I had a morning appointment but was taken in 45 minutes late. It was a new patient appointment, so Dr Ferri's office should have slotted more than 10 minutes for it. Another downside was this was an annual physical appointment, but they performed an extra procedure not covered by insurance which resulted in a bill. I questioned the procedure at the time, but the nurse was as rushed as Dr Ferri and basically stated everyone gets the procedure. The office later stated the opposite, which made me feel like they're performing add-on services to increase revenue. The purpose of additional procedures needs to be explained to the patient beforehand so the patient and Dr can jointly decide whether or not to include it in the patient's care plan.

Dr. Christopher Ferri is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. He always makes sure to answer all your medical questions and concerns very thoroughly. Definitely recommend him for anyone who is in search for a PCP. Also, the convenience of the patient portal is a plus. It is an easy way to communicate with the staff for an appointment and/or your PCP for a non urgent matter. I have not had any issues with the patient portal, I get a response back whether it is the same day or the morning after.

If you are looking for a doctor please stay away from here I have two fractures in my leg and I needed my dr to send over a referral so I can see a specialist, there was care in the world. I had to go down in person to try and get this referral once I received the referral the processed it to the wrong place and they close early on Friday I tried to reach out to the dr for help and he would not help me at all….. just stay away

Just got a call saying I missed an appointment I never made !!!!! The woman on the phone was very rude telling me I owe a $100 balance for an appointment I never made????

I have been seeing Dr Alberto Savoretti for a few years now and he is just the best doctor I have ever known! Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and easy on the eyes too! Lol He genuinely cares about people. I was a mess medically when I came to him and now I have never felt better. I wish there were more doctors like him in the world. If you need a new doctor see Dr. Savoretti, trust me!

I have been going to Dr. Alberto Savoretti, for about 15 years as my primary care physician. He is a stand up guy, just a great doctor all around. He really does care about your well being, he is very responsive and takes the time to listen to your needs. Over the years I have had several concerning issues, which he has worked with me to either solve or debunk, no matter how frequent something might come up, he is there to listen and investigate. It's good to have a doctor you can count on and actually have a normal conversation with. I appreciate Dr. Alberto Savoretti's professionalism, dedication, and personality. He listens to you and your needs and puts his best foot forward always to be sure you are healthy and your concerns are taken care of and addressed.
