Dr is useless!! You could have lung cancer but the dr will tell you your fine because he is to lazy to even order an X-ray!! No xrays..no blood work..no questions about your medical history just looks at years old X-rays and says your fine..all about the $$$$ Very unprofessional
I went to see Dr. Beliveau after going to 3 doctors who couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. At the first visit he diagnosed me, gave me medicine and I immediately started feeling better. So thankful I went to him!!
Dr. Beliveau does rounds in a nursing home my grandmother is in for dementia. We needed to see him so he could look at and diagnose a rash she had on her body that had the signs of shingles. He would not put gloves on to examine her, wouldn't even touch her - his response was " I don't know what shingles looks like". We had to practically beg him to prescribe something for the pain she was in. Not caring AT ALL. Sure enough, it was shingles, that went undiagnosed for FIVE DAYS. I am my grandmother's voice, since she cannot speak for herself and is unable to adhere to your terms and conditions of writing a review.
Efficient, down to earth. Made the appropriate diagnosis and the subsequent Rx has quite simply changed my life. Because I can now work out, I have lost 24 Lbs and made important changes that have markedly improved this 64 year old guys life. Dr B is fabulous!
A smoker with beginning stages of COPD, I went to him and he did not guilt me about the smoking. He simply did a thorough pulmonary exam, prescribed a fairly new inhaler from the Breo family of once a day inhalers. It changed my life..Period. I was unable to get dressed without shortness of breath, and now at 64 I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and really work out hard for 30-40 minutes. Ive changed my diet and have lost 24lbs of my 40 lb goal. I have been able to cut way back on cigs and will start Chantix next week. Now maybe anyone could have done what Dr B has done but, his demeanor, clinical expertise, and approach-ability was outstanding. I cannot imagine a better pulmonary MD around here.
In a series of four visits to Dr. Beliveau's office to get my sleep apnea tested and diagnosed (thru both at-home testing and then in an overnight sleep center), I think I spent a total of about 10 minutes with him, and considerably more time in his waiting room. I understand that his expertise may be in evaluating the data from my tests, but a phone consultation with me would have been as informative for him, I learned nothing from meeting him, and I resent missing work and taking hour-long round-trip drives to see him for 2-3 minutes, literally, for each of the four "check-ups."
I’m generally nervous when I see a doctor, but I never felt that way with Dr. Beliveau. He’s very thorough and direct with his opinions and medical advice. I liked that very much. I appreciate a straight shooter.
Fantastic doctor. Right to the point, has great listening abilities and his diagnosis is always right. Can't asked for a better doctor.
Took the time to really listen and was able to solve my issue when 2 other MD's couldn't. Highly recommend.
Dr. Beliveau made me feel very at ease on my first visit. He sent me for further testing and gave me an appointment for next week. In one week, his office scheduled my testing and I’ll be back in to see Dr. B for the results. When does that happen anymore? He’s a straight shooter who lets you know exactly what’s happening along the way.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
