List of Frank D'alessandro's Reviews
Dr. D'Alessandro has been my PCP since I turned 18 and needed an exam and immunizations for college sports. He is very thorough and caring. You are in good hands with Dr. D'Alessandro.
Great place! Has every thing you need! Dr fred liddle is a great dr. Makes you feel comfortable and very nice
Dr D I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care i received during my last visit. I found you to be caring and concerned and iam thankful for the excellent care i received.
In the last month, my last 2 visits, I waited over an hour to see a PA. (2 different ones) Each time they electronically sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy and each time they messed it up and pharmacy never received them. The turn around in this office with doctors and PA's is ridiculous. There are NO bedside manners. You are just a number and it is all about how much money they can generate. Doctors and PA's have zero respect for the patient. Office staff on other hand, AMAZING! Very friendly
Dr. D is very professional and on top of his game. He is very thorough and is on the leading edge of new meds for diabetes and thyroid conditions.
Like many physicians, Dr. D'Alessandro spends most of his time typing notes into his computer. Zero interface w/patient, & zero true address of patient's medical/life circumstance/needs. Tammy Martinez, PA is perhaps the rudest, most arrogant, incompetent medical clinician I've ever met, & I've met a number in 65 yrs. Not a medical practice for those in true need. And I would not recommend it to anyone. D'Alessandro has a knack for hiring incompetent staff, except the office staff.
I am very happy with this office. Actually, I have only met Dr. D'Alessandro once...at my initial visit. I have continued my care with the physician's assistant, Tammy Martinez. She has been very kind and insightful.
Tammy Martinez who is a PH not a doctor , is the rudest person in the medical field that I have ever met... She looks down on people who needs pain Meds and has MS and she is not understanding of how bad the illness is or maybe not educated enough about it!!! My MS is severe chronic pain and I take the same dose of pain meds for 2 years that I have been on for it... I ended in the hospital for a flare up and seizures that might have been related...the MS specialist called the office to see is they could fill one of my meds until I seen him and one of the doctors said yes , it was hours that went by and nothing called so I called no response than I called again because it was Friday and almost closing and thAn I had no choice but to leave another message... she called me screaming not to call the office again she waited once the ms specialist could not be reached they said Tammy Martnez said no....I was trying to explain that why did they tell the specialist yes if they couldn't because he would have somehow taking care of it ... she said stop calling the office and threatening the staff when I swear to God I did not threaten anyone because the staff was very professional and I got very upset. How could a physician assistant be a office manager and lie and speak to a patient in that manner.. I do not think she should be a physician assistant office manager and deal with patients at all. This office is obviously not an office for people with MS or maybe for anyone with an illness!!!
One of my favorite doctors ever!
this guy is a joke, an endocrinologist should understand lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, he has no clue, diabetics and thyroid patients should hit the nearest EXIT sign

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
