Great place! Has every thing you need! Dr fred liddle is a great dr. Makes you feel comfortable and very nice
I respect this practice. I have seen Dr Martin and he is excellent. He has told me there are 26 phone lines going into this office. I was recently sick with a bad cold and needed a same day appointment. I called and no one answered at all. I had to appear in person and tell the very polite receptionist that I was sick and needed an appointment. I got one with Jason, a very efficient and professional PA. Was perfectly treated and happy as a result. My only point is this would be a great practice IF YOU COULD GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!
Dr D I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care i received during my last visit. I found you to be caring and concerned and iam thankful for the excellent care i received.
In the last month, my last 2 visits, I waited over an hour to see a PA. (2 different ones) Each time they electronically sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy and each time they messed it up and pharmacy never received them. The turn around in this office with doctors and PA's is ridiculous. There are NO bedside manners. You are just a number and it is all about how much money they can generate. Doctors and PA's have zero respect for the patient. Office staff on other hand, AMAZING! Very friendly
I have been in this office for one hour!!! I am so annoyed!!!!!!No bedside manner here!!!!!strictly a number!!!!!how many patients can you see?!?!money, money, money!!!!!!I am so aggravated.
Like many physicians, Dr. D'Alessandro spends most of his time typing notes into his computer. Zero interface w/patient, & zero true address of patient's medical/life circumstance/needs. Tammy Martinez, PA is perhaps the rudest, most arrogant, incompetent medical clinician I've ever met, & I've met a number in 65 yrs. Not a medical practice for those in true need. And I would not recommend it to anyone. D'Alessandro has a knack for hiring incompetent staff, except the office staff.
Tammy Martinez who is a PH not a doctor , is the rudest person in the medical field that I have ever met... She looks down on people who needs pain Meds and has MS and she is not understanding of how bad the illness is or maybe not educated enough about it!!! My MS is severe chronic pain and I take the same dose of pain meds for 2 years that I have been on for it... I ended in the hospital for a flare up and seizures that might have been related...the MS specialist called the office to see is they could fill one of my meds until I seen him and one of the doctors said yes , it was hours that went by and nothing called so I called no response than I called again because it was Friday and almost closing and thAn I had no choice but to leave another message... she called me screaming not to call the office again she waited once the ms specialist could not be reached they said Tammy Martnez said no....I was trying to explain that why did they tell the specialist yes if they couldn't because he would have somehow taking care of it ... she said stop calling the office and threatening the staff when I swear to God I did not threaten anyone because the staff was very professional and I got very upset. How could a physician assistant be a office manager and lie and speak to a patient in that manner.. I do not think she should be a physician assistant office manager and deal with patients at all. This office is obviously not an office for people with MS or maybe for anyone with an illness!!!
I am very happy with this office. Actually, I have only met Dr. D'Alessandro once...at my initial visit. I have continued my care with the physician's assistant, Tammy Martinez. She has been very kind and insightful.
I would never recommend this practice to anyone. The staff is very inadequate, they don't get message right when you call. You ask to see one persons they schedule you with someone else in the office after you specifically say you only want to see one particular doctor. Also, they never have your test results the day of your visits, you have to "come back" for another visit just for them to read you the results. If you ask me, this office just like to schedule and schedule more and more visits just to get co-pays from patients and insurances. And when you call to file a complaint the secretaries don't really messages. You have to call again and again and after that it takes over a week for someone to call you back. Such a shame that a healthcare facility work on such unprofessionalism.
My family has been going to this practice for years.... I'm 27 and don't know any other practice. My family members see Dr. D'allessandro but I see PA Fred Liddle. Fred is very chipper and thorough. But over the last few years I have started to get a bad taste - I believe the practice just grew too fast and the office doesn't know how to handle it. You usually have to wait and that is fine... it varies... sometimes it could be 5 minutes and then other times it could be an hour (not very convenient), even when I call (for any reason... usually just to re-schedule) they have you on the phone waiting up to 10 minutes (usually hang up and redial after 10 minutes.... no one should ever be on hold for 10 minutes especially with something as easy as a reschedule. Today when i called back and said no to being put on hold because i had already waited and I was pressed for time, I was told I would have to wait any way because she was finishing up with a patient.... am I not a patient as well? Why answer the phone if you're not ready? You've been dealing with this patient for 15 minutes then if i was already on hold for 10, which means your office cannot handle the volume it has and needs more staff members). I have received 3 referrals for specialist doctors from Fred - all in which have ended in horror stories with both the doctors and my wallet. I'll be honest - I went from loving this friendly office to being extremely discouraged on trust and disregard for my time. And if you want to talk directly to Dr. D'allessandro about any issue.... forget it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
