Worst doctor and human being.I visited him for routine examination and pap smear.I d undergone all tests 6 months back in my country only and I had asked him exclusively for pap smear test only as I d not undergone it in 5 years.While conducting pap smear(which was very painful and he took forever to find the cervix),when I complained...he said ur cervix is "weird". What derogatory comment...i m dentist and cervix can be anterior /posterior placed but not weird.The comment was downright racist and derogatory,even his nurse julie was shocked.The nightmare only started then.While I went for pap smear,he took extra vaginal swabs without informed consent and advised too many testa.And that when he didnt even advise .e thyroid test when I am 41.But he remembered to advise unecssary tests...He is internal medicine doctor,and if I d any gynecological issue,I d gone to gynecologist.I d none and it was only routine check up.Without even informing me,he sent the tests to lab he is affiliated which is expensive ,his receptionist didnt provide me details/receipt and I only realised after I received bill of 1400 dollars.I v to pay 772 dollars after co-pay.When complained,he accepted his mistake and said he ll take care of it but after one and half months,completely ignored me and said I cant help.What mal practice...does he even know performing extra procedure in patient when patient has gone for other procedure without informed consent is mal practice.I am going to lodge a complain against him.

Unreliable office staff. I was in desperate need of assistance from anyone in this office, I called and left a voicemail and requested them to call me back. (This was simpler to do than to be on hold for 30-minutes like I usually am on the phone with them) Guess what, surprise, surprise, no one ever called me back to follow up. Why do you even have a voicemail? Dr. Lu is great, but the receptionists have done poorly time and time again.

This is hands down the best doctor I ever had! I’ve been seeing him for years! He always listen to you and actually cares about you; it doesn’t matter if you’re on vacation in another country or if it is late at night or the weekend or a holiday, he would call you from his cellphone just to make sure you’re doing ok. I 100% recommend him!! I brought my mom, sister, brother and boyfriend to him. I recently moved out of the state and I terribly miss his care. I wish I could of taken him with me! Dr. Lu you’re the best!! Thank you so much for everything!! ♥️

I am not a drug addict. I have been a patient of Dr Lu for over 10 yrs and in that time have asked for pain meds maybe 5 times and only received Motrin from him. I was in a severe wreck this past summer and was hospitalized for 2 months. I was and still am in severe pain and Dr Lu did give me Tramadol about 2 months ago ,which didn't help! I asked him for Roxies specifically because I know they work for me. He told me to ask the orthopedic surgeon. I did and he gave me a prescription for 20 Roxies. I made them last 13 days and was relatively comfortable in that time but the Dr wouldn't give me more. Next week I will be tested for metal allergies because I think my body is rejecting all the metal that was put into my body. Pain is getting worse and pain management sent me for an MRI at my lower back. My lower back feels fine but they wanted to give me an injection where it feels fine but no meds for pain in middle/upper back and foot! I think Dr Lu red flagged me as a drug addict even though I am not and never took pain meds when I didn't need them. Can't wait until he is in this kind of pain and nobody helps him!

He seems to care unless you are in pain. He is afraid to prescribe opioids even if that is the only thing that helps. He has been my PCP for quite a few years but after a terrible crash and many broken body parts I need to find a new Dr! I asked him a few weeks ago to refer me to pain management because he will not prescribe anything that helps me. Waited 2 weeks because who he referred me to was shut down due to covid and was supposed to open today. They wasn't but did get back to me because I left a message stating that I had only 1 pain pill left and was told that they only give injections! Okay, so I wasted 2 weeks waiting for them because Dr Lu didn't know that they couldn't help me? The only reason that I had anything for pain in the first place is because when I ASKED HIM FOR SOMETHING HE TOLD ME TO CALL THE ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON WHO PUT ME BACK TOGETHER! Thankfully he gave me a prescription for (20) 5mg Oxycodone's which helped immensely. However I am out now. Called Dr LU office this morning and explained everything that was taking place, and that was at 10am. Called again at 2pm and was told Dr Lu was given the message and would get back to me. It's almost 6pm and F'ng nothing. A-hole!

I absolutely love having Dr. Lu as my PCP. Very patient and listens to everything I have to say. Definitely the best doctor I've ever had.

He has been my doctor for eight months now and i could not be happier. From check in to check out the practice is professional, friendly, and caring.

I will be very fortunate if I EVER find a doc as wonderful as Lu himself. He will get you and keep you well!! Bar none...none better in the RI area. Just he speaks very fast and with his Chinese accent added in, well just tell him, " slow down, man. I ain't getting a word you are saying, Lu." He will laugh and remember me as you say but. But it will be worth your brief office wait. The secretaries are amazing and should be given raises, hint hint Yamata and Lu!! They work exhaustively and dog tired as do the docs. How anyone from that office drives home at night without sleeping at the wheel is amazing. Doctor Lu is quite conscientious even calling on a Sunday to give you lab results. He is a true doctor in the old world sense. I will miss him in Florida. Good bye my dear friend Lu!! May good health follow you and your family along with a tad bit of prosperity thrown in. (Smile)
