List of Jean Smith's Reviews
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jean Smith for a very long time and I like how she treats me. Dr. Smith is a good listener, a caring person and she’s very thorough in her practice. She continues to provide me with excellent care ever since I met her and I appreciate her very much for that.
I've been seeing dr. Smith for about 10 or more years, i've never felt safer with a dr as i do with dr. Smith while 1 dr kept dismissing me each time i went to him , never taking test on my complaints , it took 1 call to dr. Smith who listened to my problems and with in 3 days i was diagnosed with bladder cancer. She also went a step further and had dr's appt s set up for me . i cant thank her enough and fir sure i trust my lufe with her. She'll never sugar coat anything with you but for sure she'll always be my your side . i can say Dr. Smith was like hitting the power ball. Thank you Doc Ellue Rossi
Just love her...and can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jean Smith and have recommended the doctor to family and friends.
Dr. Smith has been my doctor for many years. She is a great doctor. She does not rush you and answers all your guestions. In past went to many doctors and could not find one that was good enougth to stay with. Dr. Smith is the first one that I found that had what I was seeking in a doctor.
Every time I need to make an appointment the office is closed. In addition to closing for two weeks at a time, now they work half-days. I can't seem to get in touch with a person to make an appointment. Last time I was in, I was not seen until 50 minutes after my appointment time.
Appears to be distracted, lately. Spends most of patient visit discussing her personal woes. She should, probably, retire. She no longer seems to be focused on providing medical care. Appears to be an intelligent, well educated person. But, is distracted from patient care.
I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER 10 YRS AND GET EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CARE
Dr. Smith is a great doctor not your traditional doc I will admit that, but that is what draws you to her even more. She's a real person and address real problems.. she is to the point! Office staff is Great! Go see Dr. Smith
The first time I went to see Dr. Jean Smith, they messed up my medical records with someone elses and gave me results for a test I didn't take. Dr. Jean spent her office time with me leaning how to use her cell phone to text her son. The ladies in her office are incompetent and immature. They lie and hang up on you when you call and refuse to be any help at all. I can't believe I ever went to this place at all - avoid at all costs!
This Dr. Is open on a part time basis and often takes vacations for two weeks at a time. She seems knowledgable enough but her staff is so unprofessional and punitive that it's ridiculous. When I commented on the Dr leaving for another two weeks while I was waiting for test results, the secretary actually said " well, that's what you get when you go to a rich Dr...she doesn't have to work, you know". I don't need a Dr very often but she isn't there when I do need her so after two years of poor service, I am making a switch.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
