Extremely saddened by my interaction with this physician. Her staff and colleague Grace were excellent, but the physician treated me with lack of care and concern when I hoped to review concerning pathology results. As a physician who takes the CARE of patients very seriously, I was appalled by my interaction with this provider. My heart sank when the doctor did not want to speak with me about my concerning biopsies after I decided to see a physician in Boston that my daughter ( also a physician who cares about her patients) referred me for proper care. Never formally meeting Dr Kupperman Beade, I respectfully cancelled scheduled surgery a week prior to not interfere with her busy schedule. I also perform surgery and know how difficult it is to keep patients in the queue. I kept my Telemedicine appointment the next day faithfully to ask questions and discuss findings. I have done this thousands of times with my own patients to address their worries and concerns.. The physician did not want to speak with me, despite being scheduled, agreeing to pay and telling staff I was concerned and had questions. Resentfully the physician finally spoke to me, was unprofessional and rude. The discussion was not at all helpful and made me deeply saddened by the current state of my beloved profession. I know the way I care for my patients and hope this is not a reflection of this providers CARE. After having great CARE from Graciette Dasilva PA-C I was in a quandary with my decision to have my definitive CARE in Boston. I really made the right choice not to have this physician perform my surgery. It appears Dr Kupperman Beade needs some further training/ thoughtfulness in why one enters our vocation to help and heal. Deeply saddened by this interaction, Patrick J Nugent MD CPE

As a physician and patient , I was appalled by the way this physician treated me as a patient when I was scheduled to review my concerning pathology findings. I was extremely happy with my care by her colleague Graciette Da Silva PA-C and office staff, but the physician made me extremely ashamed of the current state of my beloved medical profession. After over 30 + years of medical practice helping and caring for my patients, I was dismayed and deeply saddened by my interaction with this provider, I know how I care for my patients each day and only hope this is not a common occurrence. I am so glad I chose to have my definitive CARE with a physician that still treats patients properly the way I do. Patrick J Nugent MD CPE

Dr Kuperman is a very caring & concerned doctor who offers an amazing amount of time and patience. I had a wonderful experience with her as well as her staff who were always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I was referred to her and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very disappointed with the staff. You have to confirm the already confirmed appointment or they’ll turn you away. This is a waste of my time and I do not appreciate them not honoring the scheduled appointment. Beware.

My face developed a basal cell carcinoma. Everyone was terrific, kind and put me at ease through out the whole procedure. I recommend this office with high regards.

First experience in the office today. The practitioners and staff were beyond pleasant and welcoming. They walked me through every aspect of the visit, broke down everything they were doing, from the examination to the review. 5/5 staff, cleanliness, and overall efficiency of this office.
