After the Dr. spent 2 minutes with me and ran out the door, and I tried to tell the assistant what pharmacy to send my prescription too, the last time it was sent to the wrong pharmacy, it was again sent to the wrong pharmacy again, it took 1 hour and 6 phone calls to talk to someone to send it to the correct pharmacy. You can’t call the office directly. Looking for another Dr. will never waste my time or money at this office again.

Dr Michaels has always been patient and pleasant during all my office visits. He takes time to listen to you. I never have felt rushed. Very thorough and very friendly. I really like him. I had a little scab one time and he went over the procedure and the options. Never felt like I needed to rush into a decision. Every visit has been very good. I have been to both the Riverside and the Johnston locations.

Office has gotten to big to fast. Office staff is rude, PA’s are I knowledgeable and think they are MD’s. One even had the audacity to ask me to call her “Doctor”! The quality of service diminished substantially!!

Told me a spot removal would be clean. Instead, he did the procedure in 2 minutes, left a huge swollen scar, and didn't even remove the whole spot. I will never go here again.

In 2002 I was diagnosed with cystic basal cell cancer on the tip of my nose. It had been there for years. This, it was quite extensive. I was referred to Dr. Michaels by another dermatologist as "the best". He was right. Dr. Michaels had to pull a lot of skin from my cheek. There was a concern what my nose would look like. The answer: my nose looks great. There is the tiniest of scars at the tip that blends with the contour of my nose. Only I see it. Great job!

Staff was knowledgeable and efficient working with my 16 yr old daughter. Staff worked with her to help ease her anxiety as she had to get a spot removed from her back. Doctor made sure she was comfortable with procedure before beginning.

Poor service. Sub par attention and care. Felt like a chop shop. MD Consult was less than one minute, used expired topical medication. We were billed $400 with zero results. Very dissatisfied.

Very friendly staff, who listened to my concerns (everything from rosesa to acne to family history of skin cancer). Talked to me about options for treatment & took no chances with concerning moles. Highly recommend.

Not thorough.. Overall examination visit took under 5 minutes. Doctor Michaels never took the time to talk to me. Office staff was rude. Completely dissatisfied. A friend of mine had a similar experience. Beware and take my comment as a warning.
