Great place to work, the current administrator and Director of Nursing are easy to talk to and take a patient forward approach every day. Therapy takes pride in helping patient's recover from surgery and general short term rehab stays. The director of Rehab does a great job ensuring patients are seen for when they arrive with great outcomes!

I have been an employee of Royal Forest Farm for 6 months and I absolutely love it. The facility has such a family atmosphere feeling. The new management team is outstanding and are making great improvements.

I have been part of the Royal at Forest Farm team since June 2019, I love our small family like atmosphere. We have a strong administrative team who is actively working to make positive changes in the building. Our size allows us to really get to know our resident and families which is beneficial to all!

Ham sandwiches 7 nights a week. A 5 '0 foot chef with a Napoleon complex and a Dietary aide from the projects who runs the entire kitchen.

I have worked at the Royal of Middletown for six months and for the Royal group for many years. I have been a licenses Nursing Home Administrator for over 40 years. There are many wonderful and committed staff members here in every department. Many staff members have been here for several years, and I can understand why. The care is wonderful, the meals are outstanding, the Activities department is great with dedicated and loving staff and a good variety of activities for the residents. The facility is very clean and odor free. The Rehab department is second to none. Also I find the ownership to be very committed to the residents and doing the right thing for them at all times. I enjoy being here and look forward to a long and successful home for our residents and patients
