Overall, I had an excellent experience with getting my plastic surgery done by Dr.Roettinger. He is extremely kind and truly cares about his patients. The whole process of the consultation, surgery, check ups, ect. was surprisingly very easy and I did not come across a single issue. I felt that I was in great hands the entire time. Life changing!

Dr. Roettinger is as good as it gets. A great surgeon, and a great person. He cares more about his patients and doing the right thing for them, than about having a fancy social media presence. (and regarding the previous review- since when are consults with cosmetic surgeons supposed to be free?)

Buyer beware. The surgeon was not the problem, his billing and scheduling department was. I scheduled an appointment to inquire whether I should have this cosmetic surgeon surgically stitch close a MOHS surgery I had coming up. The outcome was that he would not have been able to stitch close the incision any differently than the dermatologist would so I chose to have the dermatologist complete the surgery and closing. I was charged $125 for this consultation. I was not told there would be a consultation fee so when I got the bill I thought it was a mistake. Doctors offices should be open and communicate with their patients so we can make informed decisions but today it seems to be more about the money than helping the patient.

I could not get an appointment, after being recommended by two doctors to see a plastic surgeon, for possible skin graft for my HS condition, she told me to go to a Urologist, she said she has worked there for 20 years and knows what he treats and does not treat!

You cannot get past the receptionist, I was recommended to visit this doctor from two different GP's, but the receptionist says she has worked there for 20 years and he would not treat my condition, told me to see a Urologist, when I need Skin graft for my condition, she feels she is qualified to make a diagnosis over the phone!
