List of Brian Cilley's Reviews
For the first time in years I felt heard. Dr. Cilley was extremely thorough. Everyone including front office staff was kind and knowledgeable.
I was referred to Dr. Cilley by my primary care physician after she was not comfortable with prescribing 1 dose of an IV antibiotic so that I could be monitored in an infusion suite 1 time. This IV antibiotic was prescribed by my Massachusetts doctor who treats chronic Lyme disease. Dr. Cilley was hostile towards ILADS doctors and only follows ISDA guidelines. He refused to consult with my ILADS Lyme doctor who follows Johns Hopkins protocols, a legitimate institution. As a 22 y/o, it is not as if I want to be in treatment for 4 years and he said that this antibiotic "likely would not work either after being on antibiotics for many, many years." His nurse, Amy, was unpleasant and equally dismissive. She was moody from the get-go and raised her eyebrow at me when I said that I had iGenex testing, which is legitimate bloodwork. She was not knowledgeable and also questioning of my last iGenex testing being in 2019, not knowing that constantly testing is not beneficial to treatment.
I was Doc's patient for a few years and I am so sad to see him leaving his practice, but extremely happy he is moving into his 'happy place'-immunological research. This guy is about as good as they get. He NEVER did anything to make me feel the least bit neglected, and ALWAYS was conversant, a great listener and personable. He directed my care during some life changing moments for me, and I felt I could not be in better hands. If you ever get the chance...he is your doctor!!!!
Great .. best!
Had blood in urine; got an appointment the next day with Dr. Cilley and a referral to an Urologist. Very professional.
I have never in my life left a review..restaurant..hotel..any bussines etc. However, I do feel compelled to give respect and credit when it is due. This is the first DR. I’ve had that I feel genuinely cares about me and respects me. He takes the time to truly listen. I am never left waiting and I am always greeted with respect. He LISTENS. I feel very respected as a patient and he always takes any concern into consideration. His staff is also just as kind. I go out of my way to refer him.
Highly recommend him to other people.. Been my doctor for many years even before he moved to Fairhaven. I wasn't the easiest patient to deal with but he never gave up on me or was I asked to see another doctor..
Dr. Cilley spent a lot of time asking me questions, and really listening. I have been having a health issue for the last 9 months and he has been the first doctor to take the time and listen and truly try gaining as much info as he could. Yes he did type the majority of the time, but he was making sure that he was getting all of my info documented. He also told me that he would make sure that we figure this out and that I head in the correct direction. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.
Very disappointing experience. This doc was touted as " one of the best disease specialists around." At my appointment he barely made eye contact with me and typed the whole time. Ordered 5 blood tests and told me if they came up negative there was nothing more he could do. They did come up negative and I now have no idea where to turn. Save the drive

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
