Dr. Duque was a wonderful and knowledgeable physician who worked in an environment that was often unsupportive of his concern and interest in the health of his patients. He helped me in every way to cope with my health issues. He was empathic and stayed abreast of the most appropriate medications. I thank God for him and I miss him.

Went to the Lifespan walk in and saw Dr. Duque. He was not only extremely thorough, but kind and gentle and understanding of my issues. There should be more doctors out there that treat their patients with such concern and respect. Highly recommend.

Dr. Duque's office is so poorly run it is staggering. I have often waited for over an hour just to get in. I started showing up a half hour late just so it was better. I then switched to the Coventry office except they scheduled me for a Saturday appointment only for me to find out that they were closed on Saturday and I was supposed go to North Providence. I called immediately and told them what happened and they still charged me $50 for missing a appointment. This is the worst office ever.

I need to take an annual physical and had my appointment cancelled twice by the West Greenwich office because Dr. Duque would not be available. So, I made an appointment for a Saturday because I had to fast. On Friday, his office called to confirm the Saturday appointment and when I arrived I learned he wasnt going to be in so my appointment was cancellled without calling me! I fasted and even gave a urine sample before they told me I wouldnt be seen by him. Poor service.

Hes the only doctor who truly took the time to care for my health and finding out whats making me feel sick. I trust him believe in him and Im feeling better..ty..Im a patient for life!
