I had to wait a few minutes. And he wasn't my Mom. Otherwise he was perfect. Not simply good or competent, but really sharp and intent on helping me manage my cardiac circumstances.

I have found Dr Nowak to be a calming influence with his gentle manner. Clearly he listens to comments and review of what is going on. He never seems to be in a rush. I have been seeing him for a few years now and would not think of changing Drs. When hospitalized recently in an emergency his visits were daily and not rushed as he explained what had happened and what was going on.

The best thing about being a patient of Dr. Nowak's is that he takes the time to address all your concerns and questions. My wife came along to my appointment with a long list of questions and he took the time to answer every one.

I believe that Dr. Nowak could give lessons in treating patients with kindness and courtesy. He listens carefully and actually discusses issues with his patient. He makes me feel like I am a partner in decisions and not just someone who dictates his expertise. I am so glad I found him!
