I wish I could give him five stars but I have to give him two. I was in a situation where he cancelled a very important appointment. He did not bother to find out the importance of the appointment, overstepping his boundaries and creating problems for his associates in RI hospital. He did have the opportunity to regain trust and helped rectify his error. Based on this experience I do not have confidence in his judgement

Dr Kemal is an outstanding doctor I met him during my stay as an in patient at Vanderbilt rehab. I suffered a serious back fracture and found him to be the kindest, most comforting doctor I have ever met. He was knowledgeable , caring and able to explain everything in a way that was clear, comforting and easy accept. His approach is to understand and treat the whole person. I cannot say enough positive things about him. I truly believe that Dr Kemal was instrumental in helping Vanderbilt become the outstanding rehabilitation center that it is.

I have been seeing Dr. Kemal for years. He is educated, articulate, well informed, throughout, courteous, easy to talk to, and compassionate, He takes the time to hear you out and always calls me back. I would recommend Dr Kemal to everyone.

when i first met him he was very profesional and caring. unfortunately i have been unable to reach him, does not return my phone calls, and i feel as if i am getting the run around while i sit here in pain from all the ladies i keep gettting transferred too
