I absolutely LOVED Dr. Hance....he is my all time favorite doctor, but.... you can never get in to see him for a sick visit. I had to continually go to walk-in clinic for an issue and they stressed that I need to see my doctor. Have spent over 1/2 hour just trying to get through on the phone. Have a neighbor who has the same problem. Finally had tho switch to a concierge doctor. I wish I had Dr. Hance though.

The staff (Dr. Assistant, Amanda) was extremely rude. She would not listen to what we were trying to explain to her. The Dr. wrote the script directions incorrectly and my husband could have had a stroke or major heart attack. Amanda refused to hear this and continued to argue and over talk us. Dr. Hance should have called us back with proper instructions and he couldn't be bothered. Dropped us like a hot potato. Please, if you do take a chance with him always find out exactly what your taking. Pharmacist, Dr. Google, other doctors. Do not just take what the Dr. tells you before you explore it yourself. They are not GOD!!! Remember, the staff needs to respect you too!!!

Staff very snarky, no follow through with paperwork and pre authorizations for medications and testing. You provide doctor with symptoms and he asks what do you think. Wait can be up to an hour to an hour and a half

Called to make an appointment to see if I could get a prescription to Wellburtrin or Cantix to assist me with quitting smoking. The person on the phone told me they had no appointments until the end of July and I should just call back each day to see if there is a cancellation. I asked if I could see another doctor in the office and she said no. I asked if I could talk to the doctor and ask him to call in a prescription, she said no. I asked if I could make and appointment and I was told that I should just keep calling for a cancellation appointment. I asked if I could be put on a cancellation list and the answer was NO. I guess I'll just keep smoking.. Thank you for being so helpful....
