This man should NOT be called a doctor. One time I had to wait 2-21/2 hours to be seen. At which point I started to leave, he chased me into the parking lot and BEGGED me to come back in. I said I wasn't gonna wait any more. He said I'm gonna take you in right now. Then in September of this year, I had a stroke, he didn't do ANYTHING, only sent me for an MRI. This "guy", cant refer to farina as a doctor, is miserable, incompitent... wish i could use more accurate words to describe him but cannot due to the vulgarity. DO NOT go to him for medical advice or employment or anything under the sun. Wish i could tell him to his face but he'd probably call cops

The worst place to go! Stay away!! My wife waited over 3 hours. 1 dr to run both downstairs and up and if you don’t have a mask they charge you $1 (cash only )to buy a mask off them. Pathetic

Anyone that goes to Dr. Farina or any of his urgent care places CHANGE DOCTORS YOU ARE IN DANGER!! HE IS A MONSTER AND HIS OFFICES AND URGENT CARE PLACES ARE GERM MILLS!! I worked for him for about a year before he fired me for complaining about the CAMERAS YES CAMERAS in his restrooms and Exam rooms!! Not to mention the very lengthy complaints I registered with RI Department of Employment. Go ahead Farina & Brenda look me up! Post more lies. I have my paystubs and documents proving I worked there as your Office Manager!

Farina and staff are unprofessional, ignorant and lazy. He should lose his license. He exposed all his patients to his own Covid - he practiced without a mask. He directly exposed patients.

i start working here 2 weeks ago and dr farina jr start yelling at everyone like he was a kid with tantrum, anyway the first week start and I didn't get training, the second week no training still and they throw me to the front desk to answer the phone, collect payments, make appointments, go to the back and translate, work as everything I can in that office and they have no mask, we spend a week without paper tissue in the bathroom, there no pens or any kind of office supply there, and then one day they send me home after I worked 2 hours and 3 days later they call me telling me I was not a good fit, they treat patients with disrespect, they don't train anyone you just have to sit there and ask then about anything, they yell like if you are a an ilegal person they disrespect everyone that they can, there no good management and the office is so disorganize that the records are on paper and you can't never find one because they sort it the wrong way, I don't recommend anyone to step in these offices for anything nothing just stay away, they fired me becouse dr farina didnt like me and i apply for unemployment and i was rejected becouse they didnt wanna send paperwork about it.

Dr Farina is just what the negative reviews stated after becoming a patient of Dr. Farina. This doctor accused me of being a liar because of his mistake. I asked if he was accusing me of lying because this is how my appointment started. He said I will walk out if this conversation becomes hostile. I replied what in world are you talking about. Dr Farina grabbed the paper work and walked out. I then left dumbfounded after a couple of months of him running every test ,x rays,ultrasound, CT scans, never hearing the results. I wouldn't of written this if I didn't think you value your health as much as I do. Seek someone else and research first. Best of health to you.

Charged me for a phone call appointment I did not even have. The front desk staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. Go ANYWHERE else.

I'd give negative stars if I could. The entire practice is a cash grab. Every appointment I'd be told I owed money for money for missed appointments that I never had. It would be a battle to straighten it out and the very next time the process would begin again. When I was at an appointment and the "Doctor" started reading off someone else's chart I knew it was time to get out of dodge. UPDATE: It doesn't surprise me that they'd claim I was never a patient, as I already stated, their record keeping and professionalism id non-existent.

Terrible experience and I can't even begin to describe the many short falls with their infection control practices. I see your response it is interesting how you can come to that realization with 5 letters.
