Great physician. Visits are efficient. Easily able to get in touch with the office for refills. Dr. Sud is approachable and friendly. I recommend him to my friends and family.

His knowledge, sincerity, and communication is great. You can trust in his medial opinion and hears you out to create a plan that works best.

I have been a patient with Dr. Sud for at least 6 years and have ZERO issues with him or his staff UNTIL TODAY. Dr. Sud is knowledgeable, forthcoming, and trustworthy as a physician. His staff has always been professional and courteous. UNTIL TODAY. His new office manager, called me to address an outstanding balance which I have made at least ONE payment on, and set up a direct debit to the office monthly to handle my balance while being able to be treated. I tried explaining this to the office manager. She was RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, and CUT ME OFF from speaking at EVERY chance. I was NOT able to explain my situation in the least, and was finally hung up on WHILE SHE RUDELY SPOKE OVER ME!! If you want a good doctor, I UNFORTUNATELY suggest you find one with a better staff/ office manager! After 20 plus years as a former hospitality professional, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMEONE SO RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS in my entire career. This woman should NOT be involved in dealing with patients WHATSOEVER, unless she gets a complete attitude adjustment! With everything we have going on in this world in this terrible year, to be treated with such ABSOLUTE DISREGARD AND DISRESPECT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, and UNCONSCIONABLE!!!! She should be ASHAMED about the way she acted!!! DO NOT go to this office, if you want fair or courteous treatment by the STAFF!!! Which is a shame, as Dr. Sud is a fantastic physician! You just lost a lifelong patient due to your staff's inability to be able to speak professionally to patients!! UPDATE -OCTOBER 2022: I went in and cleared up entire balance to get back onto active status. They certainly accepted my payment. I had made an initial appointment, and was scheduled, then a day before I was called by the staff to cancel my appointment due to this post about his office manager, which they stated was not representative of the office. It was not meant to be representative of the entire office, just the office manager who is obviously still employed. Everyone BUT this one person is great. She should not have any involvement in the public, as I suspect she is behind my appointment being cancelled. They took my money, and then happily cancelled my appointment, forcing me to look elsewhere for primary care.

My experience with this man was awful, I stayed because he prescribed meds I needed and I was able to go every other month due to my recovery I was very sick 3 days ago, eric’s chest congestion I was in bed for over a week and a half I also need in my medication which his wife that works in the office would not give me because I owed $15 so I get a ride to Cranston I’m not from the area half an hour drive so I get there and he tells me I’m putting negative energy into the universe at that point I had it because when I had cancer and I showed him he said “I was complaining”. I let a lot go with this man. When I got into the car and my friend said what is the matter and I told her what had transpired she said I don’t understand because every time I leave my general practitioner I feel uplifted I feel confident safe and listen to and that was just sit for me because it’s never been the case with brunette suit I’m not letting this go I will not be treated like that that’s how bad it was so yesterday I went to the emergency room and they gave me antibiotics prednisone for the Ear infection he said I did not have. Wow please people be afraid of doctors like this. last Christmas Eve I had a balance and his wife would not give me my medication I was very uncomfortable I was alone the doctor knew my situation and they did not care it was about the money. he needs to be more holistic or he just doesn’t like certain people that is probably the case.

Nice man. However, virtually impossible to get a hold of and prescription refills take an absurd amount of time to be sent back to the pharmacy. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a doctor that you need to get in touch with from time to time.

I've been going to this Doctor for 6-7 years now, he has never done me wrong . Anytime I need a prescription filled its immediate. I also like I can contact him anytime with the online portal he has. He will be my life long Doctor.

Terrible doctor. Was nice at first as long as you don't ask for any referals and question his assesment of your health. Physicals were not done properly and his answer to every concern is just eat a healthy diet and drink water. I suffer from many things, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic back pain. He just kept saying the same thing. Turns out I have a severe anterior pelvic tilt and my spin was all messed up from it contributing to my insomnia and depression. The insonia was so bad and I had tried everything. I told him I tried some CBD in Maine to be able to feel better and sleep at night. I asked if I could get a script to get it at a dispensory here in RI and he said " no, I'm a conservitive man and I don't agree with that stuff, besides how do I know you wont get marijuana from there and then sell it? What you need to do is get some grit." Mind you, most of what I saw this Dr. for was my depression and anxiety to figure out what therapy would work best. He didnt seem to care much. I asked him why if he knows how much pain I'm in and nothing else has helped? Knowing I suffer from depression he proceeds with a grin on his face and asks " if I dont give you this script, what are you gonna do?" And just stared at me. I was bewildered. I'm still not sure what he was implying by that but I felt so uncomfortable in the pit of my stomach and felt like this man was messing with my emotional state and daring me to what? try and hurt myself? It was the darkest coldest thing I have ever experience from someone who had full knowlage of my vulnerability. I wanted to report him to the board but was so in shock I just cried for days. If you have any vulnerabilities such as depression and anxiety DO NOT COME HERE. Dr. Sud gives me Doctor Death vibes and it not hyperbole. Horrible person.

Avoid this man if you care about your health. I tried getting him to refer me for a sleep test for over two years....finally I found a new dr who did......I now sleep with a C-pap machine and no longer need to pull over to sleep (nap) when driving to work, or before going in to work.
