I have been his patient for 16 yrs ! He is thoughtful and is very easy to talk with. I have had problems physically and been so frustrated. He goes through every test looking for the problem instead of brushing it off. He shows he cares. I've never been rushed during an appointment. I will never look for a new Primary Care doctor. The receptionist are awesome ! Their very friendly in person or when I have to make a call to them. I never have to wait for more than 5 minutes for the appointment. He's the best doctor I have ever had !

The receptionist are the rudest ladies I’ve ever spoken with over the phone. I felt rushed over the phone. They were cold and very monotone. I would never make an appt here for myself or anyone I care for.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Romano's office for a few years now and highly recommend him to friends and family. Not only is he great, but his staff is great too. Whether on the phone or in person, they are always professional, helpful, and so nice. I'm really glad that we made the switch to this practice.

I’ve had Dr. Romano for quite a few years now and he’s been nothing but Excellent! Very thorough and welcoming. I never have to wait in the waiting room, and his staff are awesome as well! I highly recommend him to everyone that is looking for an upstanding physician!

Been a patient of Dr. Romano since he open his practice. Never waited more than 5 min in the waiting room. Always there to explain in detail about your examination and what you need to do for yourself. great personality. A doctor that really cares about you.

I have worked in healthcare for almost 30 years therefore have high expectations of my primary care provider and their support staff. I have never been disappointed with the care I receive here and am pleased with the amount of time Dr. Romano gives to me during my visit. He answers all questions and I never feel rushed. Patients need to understand that he is a PRIMARY CARE provider and not a specialist so if he feels that your concern is best addressed by a specialist he is going to refer you to one. Response time when calling the office with a concern is quick, I am glad I chose Dr. Romano as my PCP.
