Terrible customer service, went to an appointment and was told that i never even had one scheduled after the original was rescheduled months before.. ridiculous

I have only been to Dr Al-Raqqad once in 2019, I tried to call to make an appointment today and was told since I haven't been there since 2019 I would be considered a new patient and he is not accepting new patients at this time so I am out of luck. I think Dr Al-Raqqad is a very good Dr but his office staff is pretty rude and short with you. So the 2 stars are for his office personnel not him.

If you our a minority or of ethnic decent I advice you not to attend this practice I was discriminated against by one of the nurse practitioners name Danielle because I voiced my opinion on how I was being treated by her to the doctor an was discharged with out any cause she showed her unprofessionalism in 2022 which she showed no concern for my health I also had to report it to the department of health an file a complaint. Sad to say that people still take there personal problems to work.
