David Caldarella's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Caldarella is amazing and quite literally saved my quality of life. I had extensive foot/ankle pain as a child in to adulthood. Much worse as an inpatient nurse for several years being on my feet for 12+ hrs. I was in pain and limping every day, usually could not walk even for a few minutes without pain. It was affecting my job and even day to day activities. Dr. Caldarella quickly ordered an MRI and I had surgery soon after. I felt like a new person after full recovery. I could walk without pain or limping! This was 6 years ago, and I still walk without pain now. For this, I am so thankful to Dr. Caldarella.

Went to Dr. Caldarella after an unsuccessful foot surgery a few years prior. He performed a tarsal tunnel release on my ankle at the beginning of the year and has helped me tremendously. He is a great doctor with an awesome team!

Most importantly, I believe my foot is in worse shape after surgery, will be getting an opinion. Inconsistent guidance from one apt to the other, cast was put on incorrectly requiring it to be sawed off and replaced, 1.25 hour wait to be seen for an apt., several scheduled apts. cancelled last minute… a very poor overall experience!

Dr. Caldarella botched my bunion surgery. My PT and a second podiatrist I saw were shocked at how he actually made the problem worse and did a procedure that was not indicated for my condition. I highly regret using him as a surgeon and will need corrective surgery. Do not recommend trusting him

I went to see Dr Caldarella for an issue with my ankle. He diagnosed me with having a peroneal tendon subluxation. He explained my options and answered all my questions. We ended doing surgery to repair it. Everything has healed up well and I’m not having problems with my ankle now. Would highly recommend Dr Caldarella!

Was referred by PCP to Dr Caldarella. Had a severe bunion, that also dislocated my toe. Very painful and wasn't able to walk well, or do my daily job. He and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and made me feel at ease, from start to finish. He's not like your average Dr, that doesn't know who you are, or remember why your there, makes you wait, races you in and out, leaving you with questions you didn't get to ask. He comes in with a smile, takes the time explaining things and listens and answers your questions and concerns, making sure your happy and satisfied, before he leaves the room. I had surgery on May 13 and even though it's only been 14 weeks, I'm walking so much better now. Still have more healing, but I would recommend Dr Caldarella to anyone. He did an amazing job reconstructing my foot, to look normal, and made the pain go away.

When I found Dr.Caldarella I was thinking here we go again, another Doctor. Well my husband and I were so wrong. He was different than all the others I have seen. He didn't push for surgery he tried several thing, boot, brace and PT. I was not better so we both new it was time for him to go in and fix it. I am so happy to say I am pain free and now will be able to start walking again. Just a few finale things. He always took as much time as I needed, listened to what I had to say, and when I was with him he always made me feel important.

If your looking for a professional, caring, able to explain conditions so you can understand then you have found him. I went from awful pain to being able to walk without pain!!!!!

Dr. Caldarella is a great doctor/person!! He knew exactly what was wrong when I told him where my pain was and from there was able to help me heal! I got my Surgery in march and it is now May and I can go back to playing my sports!
