i had the surgery done and i lost total of 110 bl and minting it in the last 3 years i was diagnose with diabetes type 2 in year 2000 after the surgery no more diabetes Dr Giovanni and her staff are the best they changed my life and my out look at it i recommending it for everyone

I've been coming here since the day I was born. Even after Memorial Hospital shut down I feel this place cares about their patients. I've known the staff for a long time and they make you feel like family. Not everyone has the same experience so you really have to go by your own experience. My whole family comes here too. The only thing I think they can work on is the drs being punctual but overall it's a great place.

This place is a joke I went there in pain they made me wait 1hour in the room waiting for a doctor and she never showed up. I left the place and they called me 30 minutes after, asking where I was? Ridiculous. Also if you call because you have questions or not feeling good the front desk telling you the doctor will call you and never do.

after going in for my initial patient visit, I was then billed for a service that I did not receive. while trying to fight this claim they pushed the blame to my insurance company although they billed incorrectly. not worth your time or money.

BEWARE OF PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES. You will be billed a $100 facilities fee for seeing a doctor here. They won't tell you (despite ample opportunities during booking and a long check-in process), however apparently they have a notice posted to the wall somewhere that you're supposed to notice. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you enjoy a surprise bill.

Dr. Giovanni was patient, helpful and caring. Couldn't ask for anything better. Her office admin, Sherry, was the complete opposite. Kept the door open for our "talk" (which lasted less than 2 minutes in which she basically told me the opposite of what the doctor told me) and quickly ushered me out. The only reason I'm considering coming back is for the surgeon but this interaction gave me a horrible last experience in the office, I'm sorry to say.
