Had an appt for my son today, I did not get a reminder call or text. I literally had to call them this morning to make sure his appt was still on. I pull up 10 min early.. I text the number on the board.. They did not reply to my text until 25 min after. I just walked into the place to see what the hell was taking so long. One of the staff couldnt find his appt.. Now Im in the waiting area. Waited 5 more min til she calls me in the back.. And I didnt get covid screened.. Unbelievable

Excellent. Went in on a Sunday to coastal medical on warren Ave in east providence. Dr. Sperber happened to be there. He listened to me and helped me out immediately with great determination to resolve the issue. He was great!

Guy dropped me for missing my physical after I tried to reschedule and they didn’t have anything available now I have to find a new Heath care provider and that takes weeks before they accept new applicants . What a peice of work

Went for sick visit. My regular MD was not available I waited over and hour and he spent less than 5 minutes with me. Barely listened to me and did not seem like he knew what he was talking about WASTE! Will never go back.

Great Family Doctor. He was my Doctor for years. He even stopped by the emergency room to check up on me when I had appendicitis. Office staff was very flexible and could schedule me in at short notice (which was very convenient since I travel for work) I stopped seeing him last year when I moved out of state. I still recommend him to my friends back home.
