Levis Guzman's Online Review Report Card

Terrible!! Unprofessional and never ever available for patients. Honestly she's a waste of time. Been calling her for months and never picks up and has never ever called back. Also from the times we've met it seems that's she's never sure about anything and that's not reassuring.

This doctor has abandoned her patients during the pandemic, my mother is a diabetic and she hasn’t been able to get in contact since the pandemic started. No one answers the phone or the messages.

De la doctora levii no tengo ninguna queja pero de su grupo de trabajo si uno llama llama y nunca contesta y cuando tú logra hablar con alguien supuestamente se van de vacaciones y no te deja ni siquiera saber Tengo dos semana tratando de comunicarme con ella tuve que ir a la oficina para poder que me llenaran un papel y ni siquiera me lo entregaron estoy sin trabajar depresiva y no puedo ni siquiera ir a mi propio doctor porque nunca está disponible Prefería a la secretaria colombiana que estaba ante siempre contestaban el teléfono y devolvían las llamadas

I have been calling for more than 6 months now, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone in that office. I need to get my records to be able to transfer to a new dr. But can't because I can't talk to anyone. Worst place I've ever been to.

Absolutely the worst customer service I ever experienced. I called 2 days ago to schedule a check-up for my mother. They took mine & my mothers information then stating they will give me a call back & did not receive any status updates nor call back. I even called back before closing hours & the phones just kept ringing.

My sister & I have been trying to get my mom a checkup; her staff is so RUDE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I do NOT recommend her office!

Dr.Levis is an excellent doctor Who also in in the Military. She is very responsible and she went an extra-mile to help her Patients during this pandemic. If you need her assistance go to her office and talk on the system-that she installed. Then her Medical assistant will pass on your request to Dr.Levis. I am very proud to have Dr.Levis as my primary doctor.

Excellent Doctor, but hard to get int touch with her Office, they dont pick up the phones, try calling for weeks and no answer, I needed a referral never sent it to my other Doctor I had to pay extra for not having the referral... so disappointed

Dr. Guzman is NEVER available. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone in that office. seems to be short staffed or staff is incapable of handling call flow. I have gone to the facility multiple times in attempt to reach a staff member and doors are ALWAYS locked. I do not advise anyone to have this office as a primary doctor. Have been trying to get ahold of them since MAY 2020, they have yet to reach back. Awful service, awful staff, awful doctor.
