List of Abigail Donaldson's Reviews
Incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and helpful. I was honestly stunned by the level of thoughtfulness she put into a straightforward checkup. Dr. Donaldson maintains a safe and open atmosphere and I couldn't appreciate it more.
Treats you like crap and doesn't have any respect for you. Shows absolutely no sympathy towards you even though your in your darkest of times.
Dr. Donaldson is great. I see her for my eating disorder and she has always taken the time to work with me and my daily struggles. She once sent me to an inpatient hospitalization which I was not happy about but it ended up saving my life. She knows what she is doing and has always been supportive of my recovery when I'm on top of the world, or in the midst of a relapse. She has been accommodating with appointments and issincerely apologetic if there is ever a wait. She's a great doctor and I would absolutely recommend her if you are looking for a doctor who will not sugar coat anything and be real with you if you are willing to be real with her about your recovery.
Leaving the clinic due to the unequipped, extremely rude staff
Dr. Donaldson treats people with eating disorders but doesn't give a crap about the whole person. She treats everyone like they are the illnesses themselves and not someone struggling with an illness. She threatens you and is not at all helpful or supportive for someone struggling. Go with a different doctor if you're looking for help for your eating disorder.
FRAUDULENT doctor. If you get her, CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT IMMEDIATELY. Before the physical, I asked if it would be covered by insurance. She said yes. Two weeks later, I received a bill for $62. After many frustrated calls with the hospital, insurance, and billing department, I later learned that audiologies are only for children under 6. Now the doctor and the nurse are saying that their mistake is my responsibility to cover.
I would not choose this doctor again. She ordered a physical checkup for a ten year old and now will not admit to her mistake. I am stuck with a $65 bill that I should not have to pay.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
