I've seen Dr. Payne elsewhere and I would highly recommend his services. I went in with pain in my back and I walked out without pain for a few weeks. Amazing.

I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Payne. I have gone to a few other acupuncturists in RI before for lower back/hip pain with little success. I felt like they were just going through the motions. Dr. Andy really focuses in on your specific issues and uses a variety of techniques to address them. I had a recent flair up and felt 80% better after my first treatment and the flair up was gone after the second. I have never had so much success with any treatment. He also has a calming, caring and relaxing presence. I am so happy to have found him!

This is my favorite appt to go to. You get so Zen, it's like eating and edible.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sara Ryan. I was struggling with infertility, and I started seeing her for acupuncture treatments. She always made me feel very cared for, and always answered all my questions. I did up getting pregnant within a month of seeing her, and I credit a lot of it to her.

I have had acupuncture in several different states and over the course of many years, and Dr. Sara Ryan and Andrew Payne are by far the best. I suffer from vertigo and nerve pain (amongst other symptoms due to a chronic illness) and both Sara and Andy's treatments allow me to continue to work full time and live alone. Both are incredibly kind and caring people and masters of their crafts. The office staff are great, too, and lovely to speak with on the phone when you need to get in an extra appointment! :)

I highly recommend Dr. Payne--especially when you discover that Western medicine is not helping address your medical issues. Last fall I had a major surgery to remove a portion of my intestines. After surgery I had difficulties with pain and digestion that were not resolved with medication. I went to Dr. Payne to try acupuncture--and it was a grand success! Dr. Payne is gentle, thoughtful, kind, patient and most of all skilled. He has taken the time to research best acupuncture points for my symptoms--and tried various combinations to effectively treat them. Thanks to treatments with Andy--I am finally eating again-and not in pain.

The treatment rooms are amazing. Sara is amazing, her receptionist is wonderful. The treatment rooms are clean and neat.

Dr. Ryan is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and gives the best treatments. I started going in July 2020 when I was very depressed and anxious. Acupuncture was one of my last choices of treatments… and it worked! I have been going ever since. I always feel fantastic after my sessions and Dr. Ryan can help with so many things. I ended up hurting my knee this year and she used acupuncture to help it heal. It’s so easy to schedule and the office is really easy to contact. I can’t recommend Acupuncture RI enough. I don’t know where I’d be today without it!

Dr. Ryan listens to your concerns and tries to be solution oriented. She will work with you whether your goal is pain management or fertility acupuncture. Their office is flexible with scheduling and try to accommodate your needs.

Dr Ryan is an amazing Acupuncturist and person. Over the last year of working together, my personal wellbeing and spiritual growth has improved significantly. If you're thinking about trying Acupuncture in RI, this is the place to go!
