Dr. Klipfel is an amazing doctor and very nice but having to wait 2.5 + hours to be seen when I arrived at my scheduled appointment time is unacceptable! This office has to learn how to see patients more efficiently!

Dr. Klipfel as a doctor is good, however the practice itself is a mess. Appointment times are a rough estimate only, and I routinely sit in the waiting room for 1+ hours after my appointment time, only to sit in the exam room waiting for another 30 - 45 minutes. Expect to wait a minimum of 1.5 hours after your scheduled appointment to he seen, but once you finally get to see the Doctor, he's great.

I have been coming to Dr klipfel for years now. It has been noticed that the office isn't competent in making appropriate appt times. Or the doctor just doesn't care. I've traveled 50 minutes today in a car, that didn't want to make the drive. Only to sit in his waiting room for an hour after my scheduled appt. This is unacceptable. Driving 50 minutes, arriving 15 mins early, sitting for an hour, and leaving the office to drive an hour home. Mind you, so far I havent hit traffic ..uhg... finding a new doctor...

I'm sorry but you DO NOT feed a patient solid food, the DAY after bowel resection. I vomited, and diarrhea-ed simultaneously... then my bp tanked and I lost consciousness. I was sent home on the third day, only to poison myself for two weeks because the resection did not heal correctly... it was misaligned, and I ended up with infection! I believe the misalignment was due to vomiting!

Questionable/horrible. He performed a colostomy reversal on me Oct. 18, 2019 at Miriam and LEFT TWO ITEMS IN MY ABDOMEN! I passed them rectally in my toilet bowl after I got home from hospital, 6 days later!! His office denies leaving foam plugs in my abdomen. I know no one placed them up my anus! Miriam is allegedly “investigating”. I think I’m fine but still have an unhealed abdominal wound. Not a happy camper here... Be careful with Klipfel. He also left a surgical bridge in my stoma when he created my colostomy at Christmas.
