Dr. Gaines has treated me for 15 years with excellent results relieving allergy and asthma symptoms greatly with medications and immunization shots. The office staff is patient, kind and thorough. It is easy to get appointments. I visit the Cumberland RI office

Dr Gaines dies talk in a low mumbling voice but that doesn't hinder his ability to do his job. He definately follows through with problems. I also never question if he knows what he is talking about. If you want to go to a doctor that is going to give the best treatment then go to him.

Dr. Gaines mumbles, talks in a very low voice, and is turned away from the patient most of the time, as he makes notes on a side table. So he is hard to hear and hard to talk to. I can only guess that he is extremely shy, but this makes it difficult for a patient, esp. anyone with middle-aged hearing, let alone anyone elderly. Doesn’t explain enough. Warwick office is ramshackled and chaotic.
