I called the office to see if I could get an appt with Dr. Doyle. The person I spoke with stated that they are changing over insurance data system??? She said it will take a couple of months for the system to be changed over. So when I questioned if Dr. Doyle was only taking private paying patients, the person said yes. I am making the assumption that she is only taking private paying patients and I guess if your rating is 5 then you can make those choices but ethically it is completely wrong. My hope is that my assumption is wrong and I will call back in a couple months to see what happens. I didn't choose to have breast cancer but I should have the same access and quality of care as everyone else. This is the 1st time an office has denied care with my insurance.

I like Dr Doyle and have enjoyed a couple of treatments with her. The issue I have is that she has been significantly late for my appointments. This is troubling since I do work and try to schedule out-of-office time sufficient to cover my appointment. This makes it very difficult to plan my day. I've tried early morning as well as afternoon appointments and the outcomes have been the same: 20 to 30+ minutes late. I'm concerned about scheduling additional appointments for this reason.

Dr Doyle is thorough, a perfectionist when caring for her patients and very caring. Compassionate and great with patient education. Always takes time with you like no one else is in the schedule !!

Dr. Doyle and her staff are the greatest! They immediately put me at ease, as I was a little nervous and her expertise and her thorough manner of explaining exactly what she was preparing to do made the experience much less daunting for me. The staff made me very comfortable and made sure I had no questions when I left and assured me if I thought of anything to ask later on, my call would be welcomed and answered promptly...I would recommend Dr Doyle to anyone, anyday
