Dr Marcaccio is wonderful and caring! Love her. I have a real problem with trying to reach her office however.....on hold listening to elevator music for 1/2 hour and trying to leave a message to no avail! So frustrating!!! Poor patient follow up also an issue... waiting for surgery to be scheduled for over 10 days. Unacceptable!

Dr. Marcaccio performed a total hysterectomy on me that was much needed by the time I started seeing her. She explained everything wonderfully, she gave me options, and the surgery couldn't have gone better. I never experienced even the smallest of complications, very low levels of pain during recovery, and my incision is basically invisible 3 years later. I was completely impressed with the entire process, which I thought was going to be awful, but it was the best thing I ever did. Highly recommend Dr. Marcaccio.

Why does this office not answer the phone? The office called and had to cancel my appointment and asked me to call to reschedule. I have called numerous times no one answers the phone , they ask you to " leave a message and someone will get back to you." They NEVER get back to you! How can you run a medical practice like this? Disgusted and disappointed I really don't want to change doctors , I guess I have to because this practice does not care. Dr. Marcaccio is alright is you can ever make an appointment to see her.

Been trying to speak with a nurse, and have not received a call back, been waiting 2 days now! There's a lack of communication with the office staff, nurses and doctors. Takes forever for someone to answer the phone and the majority are rude. Dr. Marcaccio is alright, but I will be looking for a new Dr. because of the lack of communication in the office.

Came to her office to seek medical attention was told to see a PCP I understand that but that won't make you tell your patient to go get your things and get yourself out of here. Terrible experience never coming back to see her again.

Dr. Marcaccio is one of the best physician's I've ever had. She takes her time with me, never seems to be in a rush. I feel like I can speak to her openly about anything. She is very friendly, very professional and now my daughter sees her as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Marcaccio to anyone.

Dr M is better than MOST. I refer family members to her. Defensive. Has strong opinions, oftentimes right, and like most Drs (this is a profession where EGO rules), wants to be right sometimes more than she wants to honor feelings.While I love her-am bothered that she treats certain contraindications to the medications she prescribes as personal symptoms when she knows full well they are byproducts. She also seems as if she has given up on medical science being able to heal. Stop RUSHING visits!

Dr. Marcaccio has got to be one of the best most personable doctors I've ever had to visit. She makes a very uncomfortable procedure feel normal and relaxed. She doesn't rush and explains everything to you. She also doesn't make it weird when you ask intimate sensitive questions. The staff at the EG facility is bilingual almost to the point of being uncomfortable if you don't know Spanish. Overall I would recommend Dr. Marcaccio 100 times over because she is worth it every time!
