Christen Kelly's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kelly may be highly regarded, but her staff is an extension of herself.  She is overpriced, but the financial and front office are the hardest to work with.  You will get stuck with a high bill and it is extremely difficult to deal with the staff, with long wait times and rude employees.  This office is at UCI, so they cater to the Irvine/Newport Beach patients.  It is a 3-6 month wait to get an appointment with her and 100% not worth the time to deal with this office.

Dr. Kelly made a special effort to care for my daughter.   We were in church and my daughter fell and bumped her head.  A call for doctor went out and Dr. Kelly stepped forward to provide assistance without hesitation. She made sure my daughter was stable, checked her vitals and made a follow up call.  She was pleasant, empathetic, and professional.   Our family is very grateful to Dr. Kelly!

I will keep this quite simple.  Dr. Kristen Kelly is very knowledgeable, skilled, extremely thorough, and very pleasant.  As a fifty year sufferer of psoriasis, and now psoriatic arthritis, Dr. Kelly has been extremely supportive to me.  I know that I can count on Dr. Kelly for the latest medical news as she is current on all the latest pharmaceutical developments.  I feel that I could not be in more capable hands than with Dr. Kristen Kelly.  I highly recommend Dr. Kelly should one require the professional services of a world class dermatologist.

i have been seeing dr. kelly for annual skin cancer screenings and my wife and daughter have seen her for various matters; dr. kelly is excellent; always asks how we are doing; she answers questions and is very quick and effective with your time. really just a very good and nice doctor and person. highly recommend.

Skilled doctor. She look at my skin problem and knew exactly what it was without having to do a biopsy. It took two months to make appointment. After signing in, I found out  my insurance was not accepted. The doctor acknowledged my situation and kindly only charge a minimal fee.

She was professional, brilliant, kind with a lovely bedside manner. I highly recommend her patience and ability as an outstanding doctor. The UCI team is so fortunate to have such an excellent collaborator.

I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for more than a decade. She is a great dermatologist and spends time with me explaining issues thoroughly. She is also mindful of my time and apologizes if I have to wait. She is very caring, as she gives followup phone calls on Friday nights!

Dr. Kelly has helped improve my 94 year old mother's very unusual skin condition, for which I thank her very much. Dr. Kelly is dedicated to her patients, and is very thorough in her approach, taking the necessary time to discuss the patient's condition to help determine the next steps. She is friendly, always asking to be helpful, and very energetic. It is very clear that Dr. Kelly cares about her patients, and her follow up is important. She is a great physician, and i am planning to change to her as my dermatologist.

Dr. Kelly has been quite remarkable through my 6 visits to her office for laser treatment - her technical ability to treaty my condition has been excellent and my condition has improved beyond my expectations. She spends time explaining the procedures and always follows up with a phone call within a day to ensure everything is fine. She is cheery, energetic and eager to work with patients and gives clear instructions and excellent advice. The office staff and assistants are always polite and helpful and everyone is very punctual. Great physician and I highly recommend her to any one considering laser treatment.
