Dr Barrall is wonderful! Outstandingly skilled in his craft, gentle and honest in his approach, considerate of his patients, and a good person at heart. I am thankful for his service and am especially appreciative of his genuine, heartfelt nature.

I hand severely damaged the top of my hand. Dr Barrall was able to reattach everything back to near mint condition. I was very happy and thankful for his skill.

I am a physician and recently suffered a facial injury (lacerations around and close to my left eye is 3 places and bridge of my nose). In the ER, I asked to see a plastic surgeon and Dr. Barrall was recommended (and incidentally he was also a referral from another local physician and family friend). I am absolutely amazed at the job that Dr. Barrall did! He was very kind and explained what he was doing and what I could expect while he was suturing . Needless to say, I was very concerned because of the location of my lacerations but the outcome so far is amazing (and it has only been 2 weeks). I am very pleased and thankful for how my face is healing and I highly recommend Dr. Barrall for his excellent technical skills as well as his kind and caring demeanor.

Dr Barrall saved my husbands face! My husband unfortunately suffered a seizure and fell flat on cement face first. His teeth went right through his top lip and split it in half. The hospital we were at for 4 days only gave him 2 stitches and called it a day. Needless to say the lip separated and caused a massive infection. We went back to an urgent care to get a second opinion. The Dr there helped with the infection and gave us Dr Barrall’s phone number. We’re we’re able yo get in next day. His secretary was so nice and he is just amazing! Perfect attitude dealing with the public and very thorough. He was able to remove the mess the hospital made and stitch my husbands lip perfectly! It’s only been a week and my husbands lip look amazing! I still can’t believe it! If it wasn’t for Dr Barrall, my husband would’ve been left with a deformed lip. Highly recommended.

I had a Mohs surgery on my face and I was referred to Dr. David Barall for the cosmetic repair procedure. Prior to the consultation, I searched him online and found neither a website nor a social media presence. My concerns were immediately dissipated after my initial preoperative consultation with him. He did an amazing job on my face, well beyond my wildest expectations - and I have been a surgeon for forty years. Dr. Barall’s surgical talent is beyond reproach, and his humility is, omg, something to behold. Dr. Barall should be teaching (many) Surgeons about how to perform inside and outside the surgical suite - and you will agree with this after you meet him. Hands down. My son needed emergency plastic surgery for a severely lacerated lip. Dr. Barall immediately put us at ease throughout the entire procedure. Very professional and his bedside manner are top notch!

A fantastic doctor. Went out of his way to help. I sliced my ring finger tendon and nicked my middle finger tendon. Had two cuts. He repaired my tendons and re-cut my incision and made it into one. Talked to me the whole time, which kept me relaxed. It now looks like a scratch. I was amazed. Can’t say enough how grateful I was to have him as my doctor. As far as his office employees. They are just as great. Very pleasant and helpful. 💕👍👍👍👍💕

He did a phenomenal job on my daughters forehead from a bad fall. Did not meet him due to COVID, but based on her results, I would highly recommend him.
