List of Dina Gozman's Reviews
Thorough and to the point. Asked good questions, listened to the answers. Was upfront about the poor judgement informing previous treatment suggestion.
This my opinion after being seen by Dr. Dina Gozman as an Emergency Room patient at Newport Hospital. First let me state, I was at the ER TWICE within a 12-Hour span. The first time was approximately 3AM and the second was late AM or early afternoon and I was there per the directions of the first doctor I saw. I was in the ER due to waking from sleep with severe, debilitating pain in my left hip. I had no visible exterior injury or trauma to the hip, but I WAS noticeably in pain to the point of distress. (A Specialist at Newport Hospital later diagnosed a pinched or injured sciatic nerve. It was rubbing or pinched between bones in my hip. He also confirmed this is an extremely painful injury). The first MD was very busy (I was told on several occasions by staff members the ER was understaffed for the number of emergency patients) And I waited well over an hour before I was seen by anyone. When the doctor did arrive, he examined me, performed tests, had x-rays taken and finally (seeing I was noticeably in distress) told the nurse to give me an injection for pain and his instructions were; ‘return here ASAP if the pain doesn’t lessen and is unmanageable’. Which is exactly what happened what happened and that is when I met Dr. Dina Gozman. Dr. Gozman was either having a very bad day or has a volatile manner. Even after explaining and showing her what the first doctor told me to do, she had a difficult time doing her job. She was looking at me and looking back at the instructions and saying ‘why did he have you do this?’ and ‘what do you expect me to do for you?’ I told her, ‘I’m just the patient here, if you have a problem with the doctor take it up with him, I’m just following directions and you asked me what you should do, So I’m going to tell you I need you to make this pain stop and I don’t care what it takes. I have a high pain threshold. I don’t abuse narcotics. I’m dripping with sweat because I’m in severe pain; so please stop talking about something this other doctor did ... just help me. She walked off in a huff and came back with a prescription for four (4) Vicodin tablets saying, ‘that’s all you’re getting out of me’. I replied, ‘thank you, I’m just glad I got something other than just listening to you complain‘. Maybe it was an ‘off day’. But Dr. Dina Gozman left me with a permanent impression of a cold, uncaring and obviously distracted physician. Distracted and angry to the point she was unable to perform her job.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
