Long time patient of Dr. Iannotti. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Golijanin. 6 months ago I was supposed to see him but he was tied up in surgery. My PSA history has been one of fluctuations from 3.2-7.9. With 3 previous biopsy’s.All negative. Last time my psa had bumped up to 4.5 which made me a little nervous and I ended up seeing Dr. Pareek who assured me it’s normal for me and I do not have PC. Well fast forward to today and my PSA jumped to 6.8....although I was nervous I felt reassured when Dr. Golijanin said we are doing a 3T MRI...and I quote “ at 64 and in excellent health you have 20 plus good years ahead of you! We are not going to take any chances. No biopsy unless there is something suspicious. Finally will have conclusive evidence instead of all these “blind “ biopsies. Thank you sir! I have faith in your expertise..Update 12/26. 3T MRI SHOWED a pirad 4...so we proceeded with a 3T MRI biopsy. Day of biopsy dr Pareek does procedure. 15 samples. And when he was done I asked if there is anything I should be worried about. As he is walking away answering me he states “ if anything it will be small. And you will not require another biopsy for a long time!(My opinion) he seemed disappointed he didn’t find anything).Dr Goliagian had promised us a phone call since we were going away on vacation. And I quote go away I will call with results..results come in 12/26...no call we call and say we want results....12/27 we call again and remind girl he promised a phone call....we get a call back “ he wants you to make an appointment “. ,!, We call back Monday after worrying all weekend and finally after refusing to come in are told biopsy was negative! Although he is supposed to be an excellent surgeon....I’m going elsewhere.....

Never going back...had 3T MRI Told had a pirad 4. Had a vacation planned...dr says go away I’ll call with results...took 5 days of back and forth after results came in to convince him to allow someone to tell me my results were negative!

This man is brilliant.

He was a God send to me and my family. He operated and savedmy kidney when most surgeons would not. I had over a dozen tumors in both kidneys and today I have 80% of both with normal kidney functions. He explained it to me and my husband taking his time and to me saved my life. He is a blessing!

I recently was recommended to Dr. Golijanin in March because they found a mass on my kidney which they believed was Cancer. After hearing the news I was extremely nervous to know what my road ahead would now entail. I went for my first visit with this doctor and I was totally at peace. I love this doctor! He is the very best at what he does and he totally calmed all my fears. He is very attentive and reassured me I was in good hands and I believed him. My cancer is gone!! Amen! Thank you Dr. G

Doctor performed robotic surgery on my bladder and prostate in April. I was hospitalized for 1 week and did not experience pain. Dr. Golijanin was very professional and always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns that I had. I followed his postoperative instructions and had good results.

This doctor correctly diagnosed my prostate cancer. He strongly suggested a second opinion. I did that in Boston and got confirmation that his diagnosis and recommendation for surgery were correct. I chose to have my prostatectomy at a Boston hospital. After 6 months followup with my Boston doctor, I tried to reconnect with Dr. Dr. Golijanin for future followup. He refused continue our patient/doctor relationship. Im told that some doctors are thin skinned when patients choose another doctor.

Dr Golijanin instilled an air of confidence that made my decision to have surgery much easier for me. He got right to the point, laid out several treatments that were possible, and went over the plus and minuses of all. He and his surgical team did a great job and 2+ years later I feel that he was truly a life saver.

The action of Dr. Dragon Golijanin has resulted in pain for the rest of my life. While at the Strong Memorial, Rochester, NY, Dr. Golijanin stretched my bladder with water without my permission or foreknowledge (he was supposed to be taking a biopsy). His colleague, Dr. Robert Mayer, told me that Dr. Golijanin had misinterpreted the inside wall of my bladder. I had consulted Dr. Golijanin for a persistent itch following urinary tract infection.
